            I hired this company to repair my refrigerator that stopped cooling . Sam came to my home on July 28th to diagnose the problem. First there were 2 lines that had corroded because of manufacturing error, Sam repaired those . He then proceeded to examine the rest of the fridge. He concluded it was my defrost timer and then my compressor, he quoted me a price to replace parts and let me know it would take a week to get the parts. I paid him 392.15 for the first visit. Sam came back on 8-3-2021 with the replacement parts . From there he replaced what HE diagnosed as the problem, the compressor and defrost timer . After an hour or so Sam said the fridge wasn’t working because the lines were plugged , I heard him on the phone with the company and they told him “ to walk away “ . Sam didn’t tell me that’s what he was told, I heard the conversation . Sam then informed me that it was MY Fault for wanting to replace compressor! I paid him 217.30 For Nothing .

            I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but I was so impressed and appreciative that when I mistakenly left a message to cancel my repair and Brandon was on his way to my house, he called and I realized my error. I talked to one of the ladies in the office who returned a call to me, and although it was my fault and I should have been charged a service call, she told me not to worry about it. How many businesses do this? I do know they came highly recommended by another company, and obviously they are also good people who are kind and understand that people make mistakes, some of us more than others.
