On 8/07/2022, I ordered 3 cans of Joico JoiWhip Firm Hold Foam 10 Oz from Fashion and Beauty. I was charged $59.98 for the three cans. The cans were shipped and received on 8/13/22. One can was damaged and the top is off and you cannot get the product out. I reached out via email to them on 08/15/22. I received the following response on 08/15/22:Dear ***** ***********************,We apologize for the inconvenience, We are sending you a replacement right away. As of 10/05/2022 I have not received the replacement. I have emailed and called many times. I can only leave a message when I call. I have received no response from Fashion and Beauty. The can has a cost of $19.99. I know that isn't much but they should stand behind their product and their email to replace the damage item.Please let us know if you have any questions.Customer response
