I placed an order on February 22 of this year. The total cost originally was $105.98. With the warehouse sale being offered I paid $58.29. Order #****. Orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 2-4 days. The money was taken out of my account immediately. The following Thursday I received 2 seperate emails stating they were shipping, with 2 separate tracking numbers. I contacted **** and was told the tracking number I provided them with did not exist and theyve never received a package with that number. Finally, yesterday I received 1 of the packages consisting of 1/2 of my items. When I got home from work I immediately opened the package, pulled out the shirt and the first thing I see is a hole right in the middle of the shirt on the very front. So I pull the pants out and see strings hanging everywhere from the waist band. Honestly, it looks as though these were rejects from a factory somewhere and it was shipped to me. Selling for the price of $52.99. During these past 2 weeks I have attempted to contact someone, anyone from this company about the hoodie that never did ship. Ive emailed multiple days. Ive commented on all social media outlets. Ive sent messages through messenger multiple days. Not one single response to any attempt Ive made. There is absolutely no contact number to call!The other boutiques Ive ordered from for years have never done this or avoided responding when an issue arrived. Yesterday, after receiving the botched up camo set, again I made the same attempts at contacting someone. And to no avail, not a single response again. Someone is opening the messages on messenger but not even attempting to respond. I have attached most of what I have proving each attempt and step that Ive taken along with proof of what I received, the tracking information that dont exist as well. At this point, I want a full refund, they can keep the junk and I will never order here or refer anyone here ever again!Customer response
