The problem I have is my Maserati Levante has been in the Plainview Maserati service center since 8/14/23 and the service technicians, *******, and Maserati premium ********************* cannot figure out a diagnosis, nor would ****** the case manager from corporate take my advice on transferring the vehicle to ********** Maserati in **********, **. Last week on March 6, 2024 ********* Maserati decided to tow the car to ********** Maserati, that I suggested 4 months ago and on 3/18/24, I was told my car is fixed and I can pick it up. This is unacceptable and I need answers not apologies about why Plainview Maserati had my vehicle sitting for over 7 months without explanation!I communicated with a case manager ****** every week since January 2024, and out of a car for over 7 months that has a car note! I was out of a vehicle for 2 months before I was offered a loaner. I was charged $1000.00 for issues with the loaner like a flat tire and alleged smoke smell that is an untrue allegation and defamation of my character. Ive experienced disrespect, a lack of empathy, and micro aggression.Maserati needs to compensate me for my car note payments for the 7 months my car was there, which the case manager ****** promised he would take care of once he got a diagnosis. I want to be assured that my vehicle is working properly and I want the 7 months of my warranty credited back to me. I want an explanation of the issue and why it took so long to diagnose and repair, as well as a hand written apology for the disrespect and micro-aggression Ive experienced for the last 7 months. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case,

**************** vehicle was in the Maserati of Long Island repair shop, during this time there was diagnostics performed. The needed parts were delayed due to a Union strike by the manufacturer parts supply chain.  **************** did have a flat tire with the loaner car that she was responsible for. Maserati of Long Island did reimburse **************** for the interior cleaning of the loaner due to smoke odor.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I just received the reply below from Maserati and the statement is not true. Yes there was a union strike that was over and done with in October 2024, which is public record and Plainview Maserati advised they eventually received the part and still could not diagnose the issue or repair it. I still gave them ***** and remained patient until January 2024 when I contacted Maserati Corporate and they took over and advised that the part was ordered now that the strike is over and Plainview failed at diagnosing and repairing the issue. Maserati corporate contacted ********** Maserati of ********** to tow it there and get diagnosed and repaired, which was completed in less then a week, so Plainview Maserati needs to explain to me why they had my car sitting for 7 months without any diagnosis or repairs, but theyre responding to BBB complaint blaming it on the union strike, which is just not the case and its an untrue outright lie, which is unacceptable. The flat tire did happened when I was driving the vehicle however, I attempted to purchase the tire myself for a lower price and was harassed every day about the $500 tire until I decided to just let Plainview Maserati order it, because its a rare tire to find. This incident happened on new year eve, which is my birthday and I was told to tow it to the shop for immediate repair and didnt get the vehicle back until two weeks later. Because I didnt ask for a loaner, I wanted my car to be repaired. I didnt ask to keep the loaner for over seven months. I did not ask for anybody to damage my vehicle at Plainview Maserati, and then lie and say its the unions strike fault for not having the part and being on strike when plainview Maserati know they attempted to fix the car with that part, and they were unsuccessful at trying to figure out why it wouldnt work when they did attempt to repair as per Maserati Corporate.  I dont appreciate the lies, stress this has caused me, money lost from paying 7 months of a car note, car insurance, and my factory warranty not being utilized for over 7 months due to Plainview Maserati being micro aggressive, incompetent, disrespectful, ignorant, unprofessional and just not having any empathy for a paying customer. The fact that I told ********************** Corporate to have my car and towed to ********** Maserati four months ago, and they just did it two weeks ago and the car is fixed in less then one week is asinine, unacceptable, and disrespectful to me!

      Thank You,
      *************************
