      We placed a print order with this company. We paid for expedited (1-3 day production). The order was for 3 separate items and we had been told that we'd receive proofs to approve via email. We received a proof for one item the next day and then they disappeared, failing to respond to any of our calls or emails. Eventually, someone responded after the seventh day saying that "our internet and phones was broken" and that they'd send it out a day or two later. Given that this was 3 days before the event we needed this for, we asked them to upgrade the shipping to make sure we'd get it on time. We felt okay asking this since we did not get the expedited production we paid for. They refused and sent it out with 2-3 day priority. We checked with **** and we're told it's unlikely that we'll get it in time. We now have to pay significantly more for an emergency rush order to ensure we have these in time for our event. I would like a full refund. It appears that they have not sent it out yet anyway and they are welcome to keep them.

      On August 15,2023, I placed on online order for 30 journals. The order was estimated to be delivered within two weeks. On August 16, 2023, I recieved an email proof asking if I liked the way the sample looked and I asked for full bleed printing and they replied saying that was an extra charge and I let them know the website said it was included so they replied the same day saying they would make the change with no extra charge and that they would send me a new sample. On august 18, 2023, I emailed them back asking for the sample to approve. I recieved a reply on august 22, 2023 saying their is an issue with their proofing system. I said I approve for them to start printing. I didnt get any email saying they would start the order or informing me of anything. On august 29, I sent an other mesage saying I would like a refund since I had not heard back since 8/22/23 and they said production would take 5-7 days, which was already more than that and I needed them for an event on the weekend. On 8/30, I recieved a response that they maybe able to get the order back to me by the weekend and that they would check and get back to me. I recieved no response after that and I emailed and called on 9/6 asking for my refund to be processed since nothing has been done and I didnt receive my order. On 9/7, they replied and said they cancelled the order and said sorry for dropping the ball on this. On 9/20, I asked how long the refund takes since I had not seen the money refunded to my card. On the same day ************************* replied and said he would look into it and get it taken care for me. On 10/3, I reached out again since nothing has been refunded. And to date, the $365.13 I paid has not been refunded.

      We are not sure why this person is complaining to the BBB about a conversation we had 2 weeks ago. The refund has long since been processed as per their request. For further information they should contact their credit card company. 

      Note: The order would not have had to be refunded if they had responded to reply email stating that we could express ship the order to meet their deadline. They failed to respond until well after their deadline. Communicating directly with us and in a timely manner rather than through the BBB would have yielded a better result for the customer.
