      Since Eagle Rock has taken over the property, the grounds have been clean of garbage. The ***************** has been wonderful and right on top of any problems. The overall property management has been expertise in maintaining problem solving.

      Maintenance and management here have gone way downhill since Eagle Rock took over. The latest situation is an ongoing issue with our HVAC unit that Eagle Rock is responsible to fix, and after 1 visit from maintenance that didn't solve the problem, they ignored every phone call and email we sent them for the next 5 weeks, and they also closed every maintenance ticket we opened without any communication whatsoever. We ended up having to fix the issue ourselves, which was expensive.

      I lived in the *************** location and it was a nightmare! Constantly sending out emails about 1 thing or another-then they back it up with papers stuck on your door. Monthly they are trying to nickel and dime you over various expenses..trash, electric (for the office and halls, etc.) I have never lived anywhere that did this. Moving out has been a nightmare. I gave plenty of notice...the office in my bldg gave me the final amount due, then the next month-they wanted more and then in the middle of the same month-they want even more!!! It's like they don't communicate from the onsite office to the main office. I have now been trying to talk to them and its 5 days later and no return call....Would rather not give it any stars!

When you initially provided notice, there was a lack of clarity on whether you wanted to pay the early termination fee or continue paying until the end of your lease. The early termination fee was processed as a default, but it was later reversed since the full payment wasn't received. This delay in applying the correct charges was due to not having a clear direction from you, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We did apply your security deposit towards your outstanding balance, as requested later on.Regarding the additional fees, we did implement Zego during your time with us, and it was included in the agreement you signed. We made efforts to communicate these changes through both email and paper notices, recognizing that not all residents had email access. We understand that frequent communication can be overwhelming, and we aim to keep our residents well-informed without causing inconvenience.We acknowledge your concerns about missed calls and delayed responses. We strive to address all inquiries promptly, and we're sorry that this wasn't your experience. We've since worked to improve our response times and ensure better communication between the onsite and main offices.We also understand you experienced some issues with the laundry facilities, which were resolved as of 8/29 this year. We hope that our recent enhancements to the Notice to Vacate process, including online access and clearer terms, will help improve the move-out experience for future residents.Thank you again for your time at our community.       ******************* went above and beyond the expectations I had for a realtor. Excellent communication with potential buyers and myself. My home sold at a great price in relatively short amount of time. We closed on my single family home knowing I had chosen the right realtor. So certain of Nicks ability, we chose him again when we listed commercial property for sale. The property had many challenges including needing major repairs and being part of an estate. **** can thru with creative ideas that opened up opportunities for potential buyers and got us under contract. By thinking outside the box we got a great price for the property. The greatest thing was **** taking the time and being concerned to find the right buyers- Not just make the sale. ******************* with Eagle Rock ***************** Management gets my full recommendation.

      Worst apartment complex ive ever seen people ******** and leave, no cameras anywhere. Homeless people come thru the doors and try to unlock apartment doors. People throw out garbage from their house into eaglerocks dumpsters and then charge tenants a trash fee. Apartment leaks and nobody fixes anything

      I pay on time every month and cooperate with the office whenever they need something. After renewing my lease promtly and asking for a copy if the fully executed lease five times I have yet to receive it. They have the nerve to ignore my requests and charge me a premium for month to month.No one answers any phone line nor do they answer emails.It is unfortunate that I have to deal with this while being a standout tenant.DO NOT RENT HERE

      Do not recommend this place to live. Very unprofessional and do not do their job properly. I had 10 months of lease and I had no pets. On moving out, I was given option to take clean sweep program of $400 so I dont have to clean my carpet but for small apartment Its too expensive so I got the carpet cleaning from professional carpet cleaning company in the freehold and submitted the cleaning receipt to the leasing office. First,they said they will accept it and then charged $300 on my security deposit for carpet cleaning. They said it doesnt meet their standards of cleaning even if it was done by professional cleaning company. I took the 3 minutes of video of full apartment after cleaning was done as a proof which also they neglected. They stopped responding to my phone calls, voicemail and emails. Their maintenance people walks into the apartment with dirty shoes and makes it dirty and they will blame tenants for cleaning. Their head office also doesnt respond to emails. go to the better place to live because this people lies on your face and cheat you for money making. Eagle rock LLC should change their business to cleaning services and do professional cleaning for people ????.

      As a former resident, living in one of their apartments was a nightmare. The manager was non responsive. After moving, it has been a nightmare because I paid the final amount due, the check was cashed and Eagle Rock notified a collection agency, that it was not paid. I had to file a complaint with BBB since the collection agency could start charge late fees or affect my credit rating.

      I recently had an experience with Eagle Rock Management LLC that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was scheduled for an interview with the company that was scheduled last week, but on the day of the interview, I received no correspondence from them. The lack of communication and professionalism from Eagle Rock Management LLC was unacceptable.

      My front door has shifted. I sent a m maintenance request with no response. Now days later the dying door ring lick because the locks dont match up with the holes. So now I have to sleep with the front door unlocked. Also the window AC unit blew out smoke that smelled of electrical burning.( Repair man witnessed), second day fire department was called because it started smoking again and smelled of burning. But it still wont be replaced. *************** advised do not leave unit unattended even going to the mail box. And unplug when not at home.
