I found a gift card in my draw from this place of business. I went to the deli to make a purchase with the card. They denied me being able to use the card(did not even swipe it). I believe it was the manager who came over and said that the card was expired. There is absolutely no expiration date on the card whatsoever. He proceeded to tell me they told me that when we bought it. As I explained to him a second, I had found it in my draw and did not myself purchase it from them directly, it was a gift from about 3 years ago. He said sorry, and then walked away from me. He did not even offer any solution or compromise. I then went onto the website with who the card was issued thru, heartlandgiftcard.com to see if in fact there was still a balance on it. I put in my card # along with Pin, and there was in fact a $25 balance on the card, subsequently matching the gift receipt that came with the card. I can provide all documentation. All I looking for is to get/purchase the full value I have on the card. Hope the BBB can help me with this matter.Customer response
