We hired Sarna Construction and MZS enterprise to **** / lift our home as well as redo our deck. We had signed a contract with them for the job to commence in September and after months and months of excuses they finally came out with heavy machinery during the worst climate to begin their work. The owner Ziggy and his son ******* were not only inconsistent but they had excuses left and rights about being sick and not answering for weeks on end. We paid them $19,000/$24000 to do this job. When we came up to see their work we saw they jacked our house in such a way it was deemed unlivable. They used 1 beam for an entire house. The foundation was a joke. Not up to code, the entire house was shaking and was unsafe to even be around. The deck they did was with poor material, had no support. When we got there they said they ran out of money - but mind you they gave us the price. We offered to have them redo the home and they said as long as we buy materials. We agreed, then after they left we hired engineers and contractors to double check their work, and they said they caused over 100k worth of damage and nobody wanted to fix their mistake. We are stuck now with a broken home and they will not refund us anything. Awful company - stay away. They literally put out lives in dangerCustomer response
