    Bon Secours owns/manage AFC *********** in question * Medical Assistant (MA) at AFC falsified vitals, maybe even my test results and assaulted my daughter * I'm a 76 y/o, who went to AFC *********** at *************************************************************************** on 10/8/22 to be seen/tested for Covid symptoms. A MA called my name, took only my temp, and history/reason for visit. MA was impatient and rude during our exchange. I do have an accent but am fluent in English. I asked to be tested for Covid19, and a doctor's note for work if positive. She told me my symptoms were from the flu vaccine i had received 3 days prior (this MA must be licensed to give Medical Diagnosis!). She told me they don't write notes so I can miss work and walked me back out to the waiting area and said I was done. My daughter * who drove me * approached the front desk and told them she wanted me tested. Same MA came back out with an attitude, asked who needed her help, and with a hand gesture guided my daughter into the clinical area. My daughter looked at her in disbelieve for the way MA was treating her already. The MA immediately yelled at my daughter "Don't you look at me like that!". After my daughter explained why i wanted to be tested. MA lied and told my daughter I never told her any of that. MA yelled at my daughter "it's not what you want it's what the patient wants" waving her finger in my daughter's face, kicked my daughter out of clinical area and closed the door on her face hitting my daughter with door. Front desk and MA refused to give my daughter the MA's name, refused to treat me: if I wanted to be tested for covid I could go to a pharmacy, another ***********, or ED * just not there and reluctantly printed me the After Visit Summary. The provider had me come back from the parking lot. Made MA test me for Covid and flu. Both Neg. Once at home I noticed MA had entered a weight, blood pressure and pulse for me that were never taken. I doubted AFC results, took Covid home test: POSITIVE.
