      I bought a product from Kiss Nails that was labeled as Brush On Gel however the product was NOT a gel product it was actually nail glue and I am severely allergic to nail glue. I used the product thinking it was Gel which is what I bought it for as it was labeled and the product actually was nail glue. I had to go to the ** via ambulance, buy multiple medications, etc. and the company is telling me the product was labeled correctly when there was NO label on the bottle itself. I know I am allergic to nail glue and feel like due to the companies negligent and misleading labeling that I was misinformed and therefore bought this product that I wouldnt have bought otherwise, I now have hospital bills coming in and still have lingering effects from the allergic reaction.

      I purchased a REDpro Hair Therapy Steamer Model# STMR01 on June 18, 2024 at 1:39pm from a beauty supply store. On June 25, 2024 I followed the instructions to put the steamer together added water and cut the power and steamer buttons on and heard a high pitch noise. No steam was coming out at all. I emailed via the REDbyKISS.COM website ****************** advising for help because their only process is send back with copy of receipt, the warranty information card, and a check for $10. I emailed looking for customer service assistance to maybe walk me through trouble shooting but got a generic reply. I paid a total of $186.93 for all of my items but that item was $109.99 plus tax. About to send $10 check with product back to **************** **** but don't know what to do at this point...do I trust the system or await your response. Companies should not be allowed to have business without human response; customer service, phone number and actual human response to email inquiries. The beauty store said the company that made the product warrantied for a year and was good about warrantying. Should not be a repair job on an item just purchased.

      On, 03/22/2024, I purchased Ruby ****** cream foundation. It turned my skin under by eyes black immediately. Now it looks like I have two black eyes. Before putting Ruby ****** cream foundation my skin under my eyes was the same color as the rest of my face. Now I have two permanent black eyes. I am asking Kiss Products *** to contact me as soon as possible. My face is ruined under my eyes are black now.

      To say this company is worldwide- their customer service and return policy is the worst I have ever seen! I have contacted this company at least three times in which I am told let me call you back once I figure out who I need to route your call to about your issue. This billion dollar company appears to have no **** that handles **************** related issues. The product eyelash glue is horrible and has a horrible reaction but I can not take the product back for exchange or return due the third party seller. I tried to call the company to return the product in hopes of exchange understanding ,etc. NOTHING! Im not understanding I wanted go try the falscara but apparently I can not even find it in the stores! Im so upset and I use so many of Kiss products nails, etc.

      I purchased the advertised Magnetic Lashes and adhesive from a third party vendor. The lashes and glue DO NOT WORK as advertised . I sent emails to the company for reimbursement that have gone flat. The company will not respond. I want my money back! This is fraudulent advertisement for eyelashes that do not stick. What does stick is my lost hard earned money to this sham companys pockets. I want all of my money and now time back! Please

      I ordered $85 worth of eyelashes that arrived in a timely manner. Upon seeing the lashes, I knew they were not what I had expected. They were very dramatic and I wanted subtle. I called that day and spoke to a representative about making an exchange. She told me that KISS does not do exchanges but that I could return the lashes for a refund. I immediately shipped the lashes to the address given and used a tracking number for delivery. The lashes were delivered to KISS three weeks ago but I have never received the refund. I have sent two emails and left three voice messages regarding this matter but have never heard back from KISS. The company needs to be investigated for false claims.

      On April 20, 2022, I was on the site wanting to make a purchase I chose my products were ready to check out my total was $5.95. The website was running slow and not loading properly, I never received an email from the company stating that my purchase went through until I received an email from ****** and it stated that I made a purchase of $163.12 I was completely baffled, by the amount and even more that I did not receive an email confirmation from the company. I have tried to dispute with ******, **********, And ****. I am so annoyed no one can help!!!! **** does not have a proper customer service line I can't contact anyone! and they email me saying I have to return the items????? I have not received anything let alone a freaking email!!!!

      On January 1st 2022 I purchased the Kiss glue on Oval Nail Set from ******* Supercenters for $4.99 and used the product as instructed. Immediately after applying the glue on nails my nail beds started to burn as if I had just poured acid on them. I thought it may have been warming from the glue curing so I went to bed for the evening. The next morning my nails hurt so bad I had to take pain reliever just to be able to touch my finger tips. I immediately removed the kiss glue on nail and underneath my nailbeds were warped and bleeding. The glue melted through my real nails down to the nail bed and have not healed since. To this day my nails are permanently warped, wavy, lumpy and wont grow back! I reached out to Kiss Products corporate to let them know the glue chemically burned me but they ignored me. This product is not safe for human use. I cannot afford a lawyer to *** them for damages to me but I want to report them to help avoid this happening to anyone else!
