Drive rollater Nitro " Perfectly designed". Doesn't look or feel like a medical device. I can ********************** again. The wheels are designed like on an expensive car. There is a comfortable seat when needed and handy strap for easy folding up folding of the device & light weight! I ordered a transfer shower chair from them, it didn't fit my tub.I contacted them to return it, I was told they would take it back, but I would have to pay the shipping. When I went to ship it back, *** said it would be $40. That's just ridiculous. I will just post it for sale on line. Awful company to do business with.Drive Medical Response

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare. Drive Devilbiss is the manufacturer of this product, shower chair. This product was purchased and sold directly through a provider. Drive Devilbiss, has contacted the consumer, and fully resolved this issue favorably. I purchased a Drive Bluestreak Wheelchair in September of 2022. February of 2023 the rail slide that connects the seat to the back of the chair snapped while I was at work. I was under the impression when I purchased the chair that it had a three year warranty for parts breaking, as it turns out they just cleverly worded their warranty to seem that way when in actuality they only cover the plastic guides and parts for 60 days after the purchase date and after that the only thing that is covered is the metal frame. I contacted their customer service looking for help and was directed to four other parts websites because I apparently cannot even order and pay for replacement parts through the company. I then spent ten minutes on hold with SpinLife to find out I needed a part number that Drive didn't provide for me so I could actually order the part. I then had to go back to the Drive website and speak with another representative to get the part number so I could order it and get my wheelchair usable again - as now the seat has very little load bearing compacity and is causing my lower back a lot of pain to use.I am very discouraged by this company, I don't think they take seriously at all the demographic that they are providing equipment for and I'm pretty shocked that after a little less than half a year they were not willing to help me at all with a faulty part on their product. I do not recommend using them for your mobility needs, since if something goes wrong you're just stuck unable to move around appropriately and left on your own to fix the situation.Drive Medical Response

I ordered 2 wheelchairs of different sizes from them through ******. Once I determined which was best for me I immediately tried to return one and was given the royal runaround. First it said they were returnable and/or refundable but everything I tried would then revert back to NO it was not either of those things. My family and I gave up and just decided to donate it to the skilled nursing facility I just got out of. Reading other reviews I doubt either of the items I bought will last long. I am so disgusted with this company as well as ****** for doing business with Drive Medical.Drive Medical Response

Drive Medical manufactured a defective medical device that I purchased from ******. After ******'s return period expired, they directed me to the manufacturer for product support. I requested support from Drive Medical on May 1, 2022. Drive Medical sent me an email requesting additional info (copy of ****** invoice, photo of defect, serial number, contact info) and I promptly replied. On May14, and again on May 17, I requested a status update by email. I did not receive a reply to either request. After an additional contact to Drive Medical's online support feature, I was informed by email that I would receive a replacement under warranty for the defective product after June 20, 2022. I requested a refund because the product (a mobility device) was defective, unsafe and because I could not wait for over four weeks for a replacement. Furthermore, the delays and frustration with communication from the manufacturer's customer service team gave me no confidence that I would be able to receive reasonable support from Drive Medical. Subsequently, Drive has committed to providing a refund, but has not been truthful about the process and timeframe for me to receive reimbursement. Drive Medical has committed repeatedly to contact me and provide responses to my requests and they have repeatedly lied to me about their failures to meet their commitments. I highly recommend choosing another brand as Drive Medical does not support their products and does not have reasonable customer service available. Their phone system is a "dead end", their email communication is not monitored, they will apologize but do not hold themselves accountable to their commitments and Drive Medical cannot seem to meet any of their commitments. I intend to report this incident to the *** and to share this feedback with advocacy groups that help persons with disabilities.Review from LARRY S

I BOUGHT 2 BEDHANDLES FROM THEM I WHICH I WAS NOTIFIED OF A RECALL OF THE PRODUCT BACK ON 12/8/2021 SO I CALLED THE ***** NUMBER ON THE **MAIL THAT WAS PROVIDED AND TALKED TO SOME LADY AND IN WHICH SHE TOOK MY INFORMATION AND SET THE PROCESS FOR A REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT. BUT I ONLY GET ONE CHECK BACK FOR THE REFUND ON 12/13/2021 AND I SUPPOSED TO GET TWO .Drive Medical Response

we bought a Drive/ Devilbiss HD 3 3 wheel scooter and were pleased with it. it is 7 years old and needs some repairs . I tried to order the parts after I could not find a shop locally to buy the parts or get repairs done . you want to talk about pulling teeth ! Drive doesn't answer the phone, does not sell parts to the owners and forces you to go through a third party to get the parts. The third party jobbers ... get this has to order the parts from DRIVE . why couldn't I do that ? The scooter is my wife's only means to get around . She is trapped at home because Drive / Devilbiss does not care about it's customers once the sell their products.Drive Medical Response
