              RecieptPal app, trying to redeem points for a gift card that I qualify. I receive an error message stating "oops there is an issue with your account, try back later." App is updated to the latest version. Contacted company via email several times with no response

              I have contacted their help messaging area multiple times about a gift card redemption issue/glitch and no one will respond back. Ive waited my allotted email hold period and have gathered enough points for a $10 gift card. It keeps telling me to try again later but to no avail it still doesnt work. I was fully enjoying the app, however, why am I wasting my time when theres no benefit? Im hoping that posting this here will help get ReceiptPals attention so that I can continue to use the app that I enjoy.
