      Wrong Item Was Sent(Beaver Groomer Jumpsuits). Contacted The Store Who Assured Me That The Correct Item (Swinging Boy Animatronic) Would Be Sent. Received An Email On 6/28/23 Stating The Correct Item(Swinging Boy Animatronic) I Purchased Was Being Sent And A Return Label Was Included To Send The Items I Was Incorrectly Sent(Beaver Groomer Jumpsuits). Have Not Received The Correct Item (Swinging Boy Animatronic) Or Return Shipping Label As Of Yet. Ive Left Multiple Phone Messages, Sent Several Emails ************** And Have Not Had A Response From. Photos Of The Items I Received In Leu Of What I Ordered Was Sent ************** As ************ Was Answered On 6/23 And I Was Assured That The Mistake Would Be Corrected. Emails Were Sent 6/23 6/25, 6/28, 7/6 And 7/13. Phone Calls Were Placed 6/22, 6/23, 6/26, 7/8, 7/10, And 7/12. Phone Calls On 6/23 And 6/25 Were Answered And Phone Calls Were Not Answered All *********** But I Left Messages. One Email Response Was Received On 6/28 Stating Correct Shipment Has Been Sent As Well As An Email On 7/13 With Shipping Info Indicating The Swinging Boy Animatronic Was Delivered On 6/23. And it was NOT. Phone Was Answered On 6/23 And I Was Assured That The Mistake Would Be Corrected. Emails Were Sent 6/23 6/25, 6/28, 7/6 And 7/13. Phone Calls Were Placed 6/22, 6/23, 6/26, 7/8, 7/10, And 7/12. Phone Calls On 6/23 And 6/25 Were Answered And Phone Calls Were Not Answered All *********** But I Left Messages.       Better Business Bureau:

      I am unable to reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, although I did receive the item I ordered with an additional item that I did not order and no return shipping label for the beaver groomer suits. Ive contacted the company via email(7/19/23) and left a message(7/20/2023) regarding the extra item and lack of shipping label to return beaver groomer suits and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me. Happy with the delivery of my original ordered items although would like to return the additional items that I did not order.

      I am here to file complaint against the scam artists running ***.horrordome.com.I ordered a mangey mouse (zombie ******) mask off them July 6, and it's July 15th! They took MY money and never shipped. It's stuck on order placed, and they keep lying, saying it has shipped when it has not.I wish there was a way I could get my money back. Maybe there's a Legal way to strong arm. They won't ship my mask, and I've become angry, frustrated. It's been 9 days. Website boasts 24 hr shipping.Also as added bonus, their employees openly attack people and their reviews on other sites

      I made a purchase of a skeleton, i received it and informed them the day i received the skeleton that it did NOT work. They asked for videos, i sent 3 different videos, 3 different times, then they keep giving me the run around, that it needs to be longer, etc, all these lies, i told them if i send a longer one i need to text it because i cannot email due to the size, i had to keep following up and following up, about a month later they gave me a number to text it to, i sent it to them and they said i can pay to ship it back - which would cost me over $30, for a product they MAILED TO ME THAT DOESN'T WORK! BECAUSE IT WAS PAST 30 DAYS! NO, i sent the video within a week of the delivery date 3 different times, i have all the emails as proof saved and i sent to them as well, they are scammers and won't reply to me anymore. So, now i am trying to get my money back here
