They must not care about their customers. I have been waiting for services on my HVAC for over 2 weeks. They take your money and then they dont care to do the work. I was told over 6 times that a manager would call me and nothing. The first time a technician came to my house he said, you might have to go back to the ***** because he saw my license plate and my Puerto Rican flag in my car. I feel like I am being discriminated against and all I want is service. This week there is going to be a heat wave and I do not have cool air in my house. I hate feeling like I am being scammed.

Run from this Conartists preying on honest people! they will try to steal as much as they can from you, they don't give a F for you as customer or anything you have to say!they did a repair on a clogged nozzle and spent 15 minutes doing the job, then i received the bill for $400dls flat rate!!..... I replace myself that nozzle before and costed me $15dls on Amazon unfortunately when it got clogged again I didn't have one with me and Amazon was taking a 3-day delivery reason i called them......biggest mistake.

This company is a total ripple and scam customers saying they need a new oil tank when in fact they overfilled my tank they are total scammers need to be stopped I am fed up and they are costing me thousands of dollars needlessly they are scammers 100% scammers

not use this company unless you want put your family at risk for CO2 carbon monoxide poisoning/death. Their technician they sent never checked the flue line inside our home when they did the annual inspection/cleaning. We did not know there was a clog in that line. It wasnt discovered till we found a leak on interior wall where the flue line connects to the chimney. We called PETRO and they told us. Its fine as long as its not pouring out we asked if safe to run the heat they said yes. 2 days later it was still leaking, we called again and were told they should of never said that we will get someone out right away (Saturday ****) but again asked and again was told it was safe to run the heat. Saturday morning came and went no one showed. We called AGAIN, and they told us it was marked as completed on their end but they would get someone out right away Sunday. They finally showed and the gentleman that came found the issue and said there was a clog. That whole time we had been running our heat since September/October weve been exposed to carbon monoxide. If the technician had actually checked the flue which is part of their responsibility it could have all been avoided. When we expressed our concern to the company it took days to get a supervisor on the line. When we finally got ahold of one, they offered us $200 off the $2,900 service fee and that was it. We will be cancelling our contract with them and letting all of our neighbors friends and family know not to use their company as well. We thought we might as well alert the public or people searching into their oil company as well.

sent an email to me that I would get an oil delivery within two weeks ,a month later no delivery. Called back was told next day delivery still waiting.Started a contract for delivery for oil delivery at a high limit. Paid that price even thou the average price in my area was lower. I paid a monthly amount each month and at the end of the contract if I didn,t use that much oil at the end of the contract I did not get back the surplus , It was used for maintanence insurance.***************************

I'm on autofill for propane with petro. They have not filled my tank since April. I have left serveral messages for them and I spoke to a very rude person on Friday who said she would send an email to a supervisor and I still have not heard back nor have I receieved a delivery or propane. I'm on hold again as I write to speak to someone in the propace department.

Petros service is excellent. My complaint regards their pricing plan and how lt is implemented. Theceiling plan is suppose to give the customer the lower price between the agreed to maximum price(ceiling) and the regular price. My experience has been that Petro charges the ceiling regardless if the the price should be lower.The comparison of the two prices is manipulated so the ceiling price is lower.

Absolutely ?? the ************* period. What a joke. A bunch of Conartists preying on hard working people. And we're paying for a service, what fckn service I haven't seen a dollar amount that makes any sense to a logical thinking person. My family basically paid $600.00 to take a shower for a month. Ya ok guy sit on it. 2 adults 2 toddlers. Oh did I mention service is shutoff now until **** is paid in full. Ha looks like it's going to be a full send on this one ??

I was a customer with ********************** for ** years. They were great when they were a family owned company. Now that they have been bought out their service has gone down hill immensely! They no longer care about the customer or good service. I will never recommend them again. Extremely poor service contract maintenance almost non existent. Waste of good money. I am converting to a heatpump...bye.

The worst company to deal with. I was out of state in Europe my father passed away,come back to ********** they cancel my account .I have problem with my tank and furnace they ******** 18 k they never tried to fix my old furnace. They are horrible I never suggest this company
