To preface, i have a long history of ordering at this establishment and majority of the time i got the same item for pickup. A cheeseburger.It has always been around ***** dollars depending on the toppings provided. Yet on march 9th 2024 i was improperly billed $52.17. I then relentlessly, but politely contacted the restaurant 10+ times on the phone (whether it be their primary number or their catering) to which the waiters and waitresses assisted me and took my info. I finally now got ahold of the restaurant owner and he told me to dispute the charge but my bank cannot do such since i do not have a copy of my receipt. I was not given one and the owner explicitly explained he cannot reproduce one after the purchase. The owner said dispute this and they would not fight the dispute but it seems the owner may have prior knowledge of how a dispute works and without the receipt there is no dispute.I have phone call logs if need be, and a response from my bank if needed.Business response
