Absolutely the worst customer service experience, on 2 occasions my car would intermittent not start, car was taken in both times, they refused to fix the problem. The the Manager in service proceed to tell me, we are going to put your car outside and leave your keys in the vehicle, I told her no she could leave them with a salesperson, I called the warranty company and they stated if they submit a claim they will pay for the repair. Very unprofessional staff. I would never suggest anyone buy a vehicle from them, they do not honor and or take care you after the purchase

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. From buying and the salesman not wanting to deal with me but just my husband. To our most recent experience where we had brought our van for a extended warranty issue (o2 sensor) and were originally going to have them also due a mouse issue but it was taking long enough for the warranty we decided to take it to another shop for the mouse repair. Unfortunately when they gave it back 10 days after original drop off my husband didn’t make it down the road a mile before bringing it back.(engine light and shuddering). In the end it took 43 days of being there to “fix” the o2 sensor (I say “fix” because we had to take it a different shop when they couldn’t fix things and thought it was our catalytic converter), injector, spark plugs and then also our headliner because we ended up having them do the mouse issue since we couldn’t make it to other shop to do it. Very little updates unless we called, no loaner offered (thankfully we had second vechicle but the offer would have been nice). Was given back without cleaning up and of the mouse droppings from fixing headline along with a broken driver side panel to the airbag(never got told this happened, I had to point it out). They did clean it and fix the panel after we got done at the next shop which is nice but wish we hadn’t had to go back for something that should have been done before giving our van back.
