            They did a bathroom remodel for my parents in 2017 and ever since then we have had problems no one would come out after numerous calls to them they claims someone would come and no one came then due to the death of both parents in 2017 and 2018 we were unable to contact them. They did not water proof the shower and now it is leaking heavy into my basement there is damage to the floor and ceiling in the basement the shower is now useable and i dont have the funds to make the extensive repairs need to fix the shower as well as the basement where water has leaked into

            This is the worst home improvement company, they take advantage of older people, they don't keep their word. In the process of retaining a lawyer.PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!

            We haven't taken advantage of anyone. We did the customers roof in 2020 because she had leaks in her roof. Three years later she called and stated she had a leak, and I sent my roofer there right away. He sealed an area of the flat roof, and I didn't hear from her until a few months later. At that time, she wanted me to send someone to fix all of the interior damages that she claimed were caused from the leak. I sent one of my interior crews and he said there was extensive damage but that it was old damage and that it had already had spackle on the areas, like it had been started to be fixed at an earlier time. He also stated that there was no way that all of this damage could have been from a new leak that just started, He took pictures and I agree with his assessment. We explained this to ********************* daughter yesterday and suggested that she contact her insurance company and she did say that did make sense and that she would do that and here we are today with a bad review.
