      I bought a car from nemer Chrysler dodge in Queensbury, and the front window is blurry and unsafe to drive,they put something on it that washed off in the rain ,now they won't replace the windshield!!

      The Preowned vehicle mentioned was delivered to the customer in perfect condition and passed New York State inspection. We do not put anything on the windshield that would wash off. Not sure what may have happen to the windshield once the customer took delivery from us.

      I recieved a letter in the mail stating that they would pay my car loan off. They kept the paper, went in on October 19,2022 as soon as I walked in they took all my info than procceed to show me a vehicle that just came in didnt tell me the price or anything or how much credit they were applying for. I sat all day then they said they would give me a call when they heard anything. Called back the next day the finance manager and the lady who did my paperwork were not working so they sent her a message she called me and procceed to say oh nobody called you. so she said she would call me in the afternoon the following day, I stopped in and they said at that point I would need a co-signer. I have now recieved 12 denial letters from all different credit places I started at around 600's now its down in the 500's I dont even know if I am getting anymore. They ran my credit down when my credit was getting better.

      We do thank ***** for coming into our dealership. Unfortunately she was not able to secure financing with any of the lenders we partner with. Lenders do not remove inquiries once a potential customer inquires for an auto loan.

      Better Business Bureau:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.   I hear what they are saying but never have I heard running credit 12 maybe more times to get a loan and wrecking my credit. Bring my credit from the 600's down to 500's is ridiculous and uncalled for.   Regards,  ***** *********

      To Clarity we did not run your credit 12 times. Each lenders needs to pull credit to see if you qualify for their program. There is no need to send to multiple lenders if you have premium credit. Each lender pulling credit does not drop your credit in that matter. You are welcome to reach out to each lender you received a notice from and see if they will work with you. A vehicle repossession or charge offs would have a much larger intact on your credit. If you have any items like that it may be best to satisfy  those to increase your credit. your credit.

      I paid 1000.00 down payment to purchase a vehicle. At no point did I have knowledge that was non refundable and the only document I was aware that I signed was a credit application. I have a receipt that in no place state non refundable. I have called to request a refund and they are stating that is non refundable and that I signed a purchase agreement which I have no knowledge of. I was at the dealership on Dec 1, 2021. Called them on Dec 2nd to cancel deal and they are refusing to refund my money. I have left messages for the general manager and not getting a return call. Also sales rep or sales manager I dealt with will not call me back.

      Mr *** placed a Non-Refundable deposit on an order/inbound unit. He was informed very clearly that deposits are Non-refundable. We have the customer sign off to that fact so that there is no misunderstanding.  I have included a purchase agreement that is singed twice by Mr. ***. I have not received one phone call from Mr. *** on this matter as I would defiantly return. The only communication is from a relative that is not part of this transaction. I did reply to her message as soon as received. If Mr. *** would like to apply his deposit to another vehicle transaction we will be happy to oblige.  Charles A*******
