I would give it no stars. I looked at a 2019 **** ****** with 83000 miles, Dave at car shoppe said can you put $500 down and $500 monthly pmts, I said yes, the car shoppe put the price on the ****** down for $26000, shorty after I got the ****** the purge valve went on it, it should have been covered on the powertrain warranty that I paid $2000 for, the car shoppe gave me the runaround about the purge valve being on back order, after a couple months of waiting , I went to another car garage and got the purge valve put in at my own expense almost $500, also car shoppe is suppose to be doing oil changes on my ******, so I dropped my ****** off to their service place, left it overnight, picked up my ****** the next day, my son checked the oil and told me the oil change was not done. So now I'm finding out that paying $26000 for this ****** was way way way over priced and I also can't trust car shoppe service. I don't know why my ****** is now only worth about $8000, but I still owe more than $20000 on it, so something just isn't right here. I need to find out why my 2019 ****** isn't worth very much, it's only 5 years old and yes it has 118000 miles on it but comon, really.Review from Brandee W

I bought a car Here the engine exploded because of a timing chain malfunction leaving my kids and I with a broken foot stranded for hours now it's 4 months without a car I'm paying 400 dollars month on I'm just finding out my engines not covered by warranty and I owe thousands.Review from Suzanne W

I've been trying to have these people call me back for 4 days and they keep saying they're busy someone will get back to you! When are they going to get back to me next year it's like they don't want to do business with you if you don't have a big down payment. I wish they'd at least have the courtesy to get in contact with you even if you're not able to get the vehicles, that's not the way to do business with a customer.Review from Sarah K

If I could put less then 1 star I would all bc of the ******* dave, we drove over n hr n when we got there he didn't ask us if we would like to see the car he was trying to put us in n didn't offer to show us anything an then got rude an nasty when we said how we didn't like the way we were treated, this guy is a real jerk if you do go there if you get "dave" ask for someone else n if I was you try ******* insteadReview from Jeffrey H

Just baught a car from them and having a lot of issues with it seems like i am there every 7-10 day's for something not happy getting tired of doing this was hoping for a good car not a car that needs so many repairs paid a lot of money and very unhappy going threw this and the trip's to get this fixed going to file a complaint for this is a lemon?Review from Keith a

I bought a truck from them and it was fine until 2 months of me having it. I had to get my fuel pump replaced and they did it but told me it rusted out and if my warranty company calls tell them that it got towed there and don’t say anything about the rust. Down the road about 2 months later my transmission went and the Car shoppe replaced it and now I have my check engine light on cause they broke studs on my exhaust manifold, so now I’m driving around with a O2 sensor problem that was cause led by them and they don’t want to fix it cause they can’t fix it. If you want a car from them make sure you have a lemon lawyer ready and be ready to report them cause they need to be shutdown for what they’re doing to customers that needs cars.Review from Linda C

Took our ***** ***. in on monday the 15th of Nov.2021 to have ball joints replaced (which we had bought ourselves). The young man that was servicing our car used a chissel to get to the ball joint, which is not nessary and busted our ABS, now we need to buy a whole new wheel bearing. There was nothing wrong with the ABS /or tracktion control. He took the car for a ride 3 times to see if the light would come off, but it never did. He ruined the tumbler with the air chissel. Now I have to buy the wheel bearing at the cost of aprox. $159.00 and pay for someone else to put it in. That could cost another $200.00. They said it was bad before, it was NOT, never had any problems at all. I would like my money back and for them to pay for a new part, (wheeling bearing).
