In the Fall of 2021 we contacted Faery Concrete for an estimate to install a driveway for us based on a neighbors recommendation. They were every pleased with the driveway and that it had help up for many years. Bill Faery came to our home and gave us an estimate for the driveway, a sidewalk and a small concrete pad that we agreed to. Our only concern was the time of year, November, and he assured us that the concrete that is used can be poured all year long. We were initially very pleased with the work and the crew that did the work. The foreman assured us that with the amount of cuts they put in wed have no problems with cracking. We paid Faery concrete in full, $8500. Within the first month I noticed small cracks starting to form and contacted Mr. Faery. he told us he was out of town for the winter and he'd address the situation when he returned. By January we had seven cracks and now have a total of ten that are starting to chip. We have tried unsuccessfully since April to have Mr faery return our calls. I or my wife have called or texted him at least 20 times and we always get his message that hell return the call as soon as possible. Not once has he responded. We are now at the point of complete frustration and will to take legal action to have this issue resolved. Hopefully BBB can step in and help, Thank you
