I am very disappointed. Me and 2 other customers came to your establishment like always to eat and get a drink one of the females in my party ordered the mini steak cheese it was not cooked it was red I had the same thing it was cooked and very tasty the manager was called to the table when she walked over she had an attitude we explain to her that the food was red she just walked away she never said anything we thought she was bringing more food as the time past I told the bartender she never said anything she just walked away he went to get her again when she walked back to our table again she said she was not changing anything I asked her why she didnt say that in the beginning and we would not of sat their and waited than she said we just want something free we just dont want to pay. I felt very offended she was very unprofessional we come here because its a nice calm restaurant but now we will never come here again we do not need nothing for free we are very wealthy women all we wanted was the steak to be switched out and cooked not to be belittled by a manager ******** that should of been professional.By her saying we wanted something free was it because we are African American I am reporting this to the BBB so the world can see the service we received at this establishment the manager said her name is *******************. I will be sending this same email to the BBB and to the councilman of Queens.. We should of never felt like we was being racial profiled and a person never know who they are talking to or dealing with when they are in customer service they should always be professional so customers will want to come back to this establishment and we also have a video of the food which once she took 1 bite she asked for it to be returned because the meat was uncooked. If anyone wanted something free the food would of been ate than we would of complained. All she did was take a bite and did not eat anything and we was told we just wanted free food.
