( October 9, 2022) He put transmission lines in wrong Called Gary on Oct. 27, 2022 ****** * Towed car to shop (Gary) October 28, 2022 transmission fluid was leaking alot, picked up again later that day when he called, he said car is ready. He said he let it sit for a 1 hour running, he said he drove it and his boss drove it I am all set to pick it up. I picked my car up and car broke down 3 blocks from the shop. I had to pull over my son was following me and saw it was leaking, we were in disbelief he even took pictures of transmission fluid leaking after I thought it was fixed and picked it up from the shop. I called Gary him he said , "OMG, something must of blown out" transmission fluid was leaking all over. Gary came and drove the truck back to shop while i drove him in his car following him , he said he will fix whatever happened this was last week he said he got a transmission (new)coming from Arkansas. It now 10 days later he is not giving me any updates. I took my car to him to be fixed on for the the 2nd time to fix his mistakes as transmission fluid was leaking. Charged $1100 My dispute is he damaged my engine, now my vehicle is being held hostage, no communication. He said that a week ago but i had not heard anything no communication. I just want him to return my truck fixed, I paid for services not renderedBusiness response

The owner stated that the consumer paid $324.80 for transmission lines and the business replaced the transmission at no charge. The transmission was not their problem, but the business did this repair as a courtesy at no charge to the consumer.
