I initially went to this office on February 17, 2023 to get a consult for a full set of dentures. I opted for the financing as it would cost $7,681.70. I had x rays done and an oral exam. I was then scheduled another appointment for the molds for the dentures. On that same date I was charged $4,609.02. I paid that amount off March 7, 2023 in full. They finally got me back in office March 25, 2023, more x rays and a mold were done. Charged $2,838.68. I was told that I needed to see an oral surgeon for the extractions, which I was not told that in the first place. Had to go to another office as they do not have an oral surgeon in East Greenbush. Went to the Hudson office. They wanted me to start the entire process over and were goin to charge me again after not hearing from them as they were having phone and computer issues and could not pull up any information. I returned the temporary dentures to the East Greenbush office on May 16, 2023, as no work has been done so I can not use them. I was told I would be given a full refund and still am waiting and not getting clear answers when I call the office. I am also still paying on the financing .x rays and exam were supposed to be free for new customers but was charged anyway. This is not only affecting my credit its affecting my overall health. this has been going on for 6 months now with repeated excuses or no contact or response from anyone from this company.Business response

Aspen dental in Rensselaer ny stole 3250 from me I went to Aspen dental paid them the full amount for a full top teeth and one lower extraction and a top denture they made me pay 3200 in cash up front to make my appointment I gave them the money they made the appointment so appointment day came they had sent me to a different office for the surgery when I showed up they denied me service and said you need to be treated in a medical setting and sent me on my way I returned to the office I originally paid at and asked for a full refund they are very rude and refuse to give me any corporate numbers or email adress and won't return my calls it's been 3 months and I haven't been refunded iam going to presue this in small claims court if you cannot helpBusiness response

I went to Aspen dental to do a cleaning and filling.After going there due to the unprofessionalism and misinformation I decided I no longer wish to continue seeking dental care there and I would go elsewhere.this was 2 months ago and means that over 2 months I have been calling and begging to have my X-rays which is only done once every 3 years mailed to me so that I can see another dentist but Aspen has refuses to send me my X-rays.I filled out the hippa consent form and got no answer I called and was told someone would call me no one did.I am in pain and I can not afford to pay for X-rays out of pocket to do my filling.My insurance reached out to them no answer.This is a violation of my rights please send me my X-rays it’s 2 monthsBusiness response
