Crawford windows is a service nightmare and a fraud. I purchased 2 large crank our casement windows with supposedly retractable screens that could could be pulled down when the windows were open. Screens would not stay locked down so the windows could not be opened. Technician came, said we needed new parts and that Crawford would order them. 2 months later, technician comes back but only has parts for one screen, which after he "repaired" it he couldn't get the screen to stay down either. He said Pella had a new design for the screen because this was a common problem. Again, ***** was to order the new parts. Three months later, technician is back at my house and AGAIN has parts for only ONE screen! I called the service department, spoke to a service rep who assured me the service manager would call me. Didn't happen. I have called the Manager MULTIPLE times and left messages, to this day he has never returned any of my calls and I still have one very expensive crank out ***** casement window that I cannot open due to no screen. Their service is horrific, do not buy anything from them. I plan to sue them in small claims court this year. Crawford is a fraud.

They (Crawford) installed a Bay Window (*****) in August of 2022. Within the warranty period (2 yrs) a leak occurred. I informed the Operations Manager (Mr. L**) and he sent a rep. to see the problem and provide some resolution to the problem. The original estimation was that it was a chalking problem. The gentleman chalked what he thought was the problem. The leak persisted and I again informed Mr. L** of the problem. After two years the leak has gotten worse and now it instead of a drip it is cups of water that are infiltrating the house. Mr. L** has repeatedly ignored my phone calls and texts. I informed the NYS AG's office of my problem and not receiving any response, except for a call from Mr. L** after he received the inquiry letter from the AG. It has now been well over a month and even with Mr. L**** response that he would order a new window (assumedly to replace the existing) there has been minimal response to my requests for inform as to when the window was ordered and what timetable there would be for re -installation. He did send a text saying he would contact me right after he returned from vacation, Now response was or has been given. Mr. L** replied to the AG's office that he had fixed the problem free of charge. If that was the case why am i still getting cups of water in my house? Wood around the window has warped and now has to be replaced.

They installed our sliding patio doors incorrectly and when asked to please resolve the issue have ignored all phone calls.

IThey sold me a new rolscreen that was discontinued and can no longer get replacement parts. I am now left with a rolscreen that does not retract and the part is not available. This has been since August 2021. I've already invested $600 which I want credit for and have it removed. They are ignoring my numerous requests for satisfaction in this matter.

Terrible customer service. Terrible installation crew. You will not get a quality job. 25K for 7 windows and a bay window. Installed October 5-10, 2022. These windows leak air so bad my furnace never stops during cold weather. The drafts are unreal. They tell me not until December 8 can they come out. Seriously leaking. I have complained about these new windows leaking since October. The installer acknowledged leaking windows and scraped out yellow foam and redid the process. It did not fix the problem. The windows are leaking air in the internal frame. These are Imperva. Crap, crap and more crap. I am so disappointed. I have sent infrared pictures showing the leaking windows. ALL OF THEM HAVE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

As soon as they had my check, customer service went down the drain. They sent a rude and aggressive service worker who threatened to leave and then did leave without doing the cleanup work. They are telling me- the customer- that I am responsible for cleaning the leftover yellow foam and brown glue from the window frames. The nail holes have not been filled.. It's a nightmare trying to get someone to respond properly. 10 windows for 18k & I am responsible for those things???
