              Pool Concrete was to be done in Sept w/start date 9/21 for walkway sealing - Neither have been done despite a deposit fir $1400 cashed Sept 11, 2021

              See enclosed contracts & bank check.

              Solution - I want my deposit returned-

              Ongoing contacts: Sept 20th - to determine when work would start

              Sept 23 - Contacted by saying we had done our part to prepare

              Oct 7 - Update asked for - for next week saying ok - never showed

              Oct 28 - said he would be starting mid next week didn't show

              Approx:  Nov 1 - my husband called asked to have deposit returned

              Nov 8 - I sent text asking for deposit - no response

              Second time leaving this review because apparently he somehow got the last one taken down. Dave was terrible. We made the mistake of paying him before the job was finished so he left my sidewalk and patio for weeks without the sealant. He then sent his son to get the sealant I had moved into my garage to take to another job. Unfortunately (for him) I wasn’t home and couldn’t open the garage for him. He finally sealed the concrete weeks later when it was in the 40Fs. The concrete made it a year before starting to spawl. He told me I used the wrong salt on it… except this was the patio, not the sidewalk. I’ve NEVER used salt on the back patio.
