    I have been a customer for 10 years, spending over $2k on dry cleaning. I had noticed service quality decline under the new ownership 3 years ago - a shirt that was lost for a week then found, buttons missing or broken. But never again! I recently brought in a $90 sweater with a few oil stains for dry cleaning. The stains were removed but when I received the shirt back a new stain appeared that looked like a cleaning agent or chemical that was certainly not there when I dropped it off. The owner acknowledged that the damage was possibly related to the fact that he believed my sweater is suede (it is in fact 92% cotton, 8% elastane and is dry clean friendly per the label). The owner tried to remove the stain caused by Classic Cleaners, but was unsuccessful. He then told me I could get it removed for $40 through a special service they utilized. I refused given they had damaged my shirt with this stain and are liable to either give me a new sweater or absorb the cost to return my garment undamaged. The owner refused to rectify the situation unless I paid the $40 to remove the stain he had caused.

    Dropped off white cushion covers for a high-end sofa. I'd done this here before, and am sure it's not the same owners, plus the place looks really not good.Three weeks later payed and looked and saw that they now had a four inch wide beige stain along all seams, and left it to be fixed. They never called me ever after, or shared about how they operate. I four weeks later learned that they were hanging in their basement ignored. I got different messages from the two women who I won't name, and the management always elsewhere, never replied to my messages. Only at my urging to take care or this, it was done last week after nearly 2 months. I requested delivery for my trouble, told them repeatedly I had the charge statement for having paid, wanted a refund or even compensation for all the chaos, but when I randomly got a call from the boss yesterday that he would deliver them and would be passing in 20 minutes. We exchanged sympathies slightly. I asked how the refund would be handled, of course he nothing about this idea. I was pleasant throughout and explained how very stressful this long ordeal had been, he became angry refused the refund. I suggested small claims court, and he became angry and said would not deliver them. So in my only contact he couldn't make even the small gesture of this delivery, which might have been enough to keep me from neg. reviewing a local business. Bizarre and un-business-like. They aren't accountable. Don't.
