      I purchased 2 mopeds from Scooter Madness. Communication from company is nonexistent. I've applied for paperwork to title the vehicles at least 12 times over the past 3 months. I got a response once about 2 months ago saying it would be overnighted and yet nothing. Do NOT purchase from this scam artist. Pay $50 more to buy from someone with a little integrity.

      March 4th ordered a scooter #******* for $1,140.00 and have heard nothing since. Should have received a tracking number within 48 hours and checked spam emails and nothing. I emailed and called (no answer) and left several messages and no one has responded. I see there are other complaints on here so I let my bank know that I would like to cancel and reverse charges

      After Googling to find what seemed to be a reputable business to purchase a scooter from, I found ScooterMadness and made my selection and paid $1,465.96 on January 8th, 2023. I have attempted to contract this via phone multiple times as well as several emails to ******************************** to no avail. There's no automated response, nothing. The phone system and all of its extensions are a vanilla stating that your call is being transferred where you wait for approximately ***** seconds and then forwarded to voicemail. The owner is not operating this company in the interest of the consumer as there are other reports, here on BBB.org, of similar people having the same issues. I wish I would have found this sooner. As for resolution, I want this order cancelled and refunded and confirmed by the owner that the order is cancelled and refunded. I will take my business elsewhere.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Yes, the scooter was received much later than the website stated however it did arrive. The scooter has sat in my garage because it cannot be registered due to the fact that the business owner has not yet provided the Certificate of Motor Vehicle Origin in order to register the vehicle in the ****************** even though the required documentation was provided to the business owner the day the scooter was delivered. Attached is an email from ScooterMadness on 1/23/2023 where I'm told the CoMVO would arrive in a few weeks. It has been two weeks since this email was received, and the Certificate of Motor Vehicle Origin has yet to be delivered. As far as I'm concerned, this matter is not resolved as my purchase is of no use since it cannot be registered.

      I purchased a scooter from scootermadness.com at the end of August, took a month to get here. I went on thier website to fill out the info for an MCO so I can get my scooter a title and register it, the website says it takes 1 to 3 weeks to get here, it is now January 26th and all I have gotten is excuses. I paid for a scooter that I cant do anything with, at this point I either want an MCO in my hand or my money back. I wish I had read the reviews on the BBB website before buying from them, this is obviously not the first time they have failed to provide what a customer paid for.

       The MCO was supposed to arrive 1-3 weeks after filling out proper paperwork, it just arrived on Saturday the the 5th of February, around 4 months after I filed paperwork. Sheriden at Scootermadness.com used every excuse he could to explain why I didnt have it, never taking responsibility for the sale he made. The website says IN STOCK and READY TO SHIP, when in fact he sells scooters he does not yet have. As you can see from the other complaints on this website this is how he does buisiness, it is mis-leading and lacking integrity, we paid and extra $16.00 for rush processing, he should at least have the integrity to return this portion of my payment and hopefully learn better buisiness practices with future potential customers so they dont have the experience that I and many other customers has had.

      scooter madness robbed me of $975 and won' t refund my money or give me a scooter !It' been 16 months and i waited patiently because of covid now im getting screwed help!my bank is going to come after me cause the credited me the $975 but cant do anything because its been too long .im not the only person this company screwed over !
