I requested power washing services from the business. They took payment of $300 and have since disappeared with my money. The owner will not answer the phone or respond to messages. I paid him on 4/1, and followed up on the dates listed with no response:April 11, April 12, April 15 and have not yet heard from him to date as of April 24.Customer response

To whom it may concern,
Unfortunately this is the first time seeing this complete. My email was out of storage and I could not receive or send any emails so I had just got in storage and all the emails came up and I've just seen this one. I've had this customer for a very long time and I did not know that my guys did not do this job because I had gotten sick again with vertigo. Is very sad to know that my customer is unhappy and I don't blame her like I said I've never had a problem. I have no problem refunding for any money and or I have no problem doing what she needed to be done. I have always a two story vinyl sided home for $200 and at times she would add extras like the retaining wall text etc. I tried to never change the price because he's been a long time customer and this is very embarrassing. In the past 25 years I have been in business I rarely have complaints and I know you can't make everybody happy and it happens. I've been very sick and the past 3 years between falling off a roof, tripping over cobblestone and hitting my forehead on concrete and getting plastic surgery as well as sciatica nerves and a couple hernias which I still have and it's not been easy and I've never been sick so I apologize for any inconvenience.
