4/17/23 me and my fianc brought our 11 month old dog (boxer) to east end veterinary center located at ************************************************************************* at the time our dog was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting which happened internally when she ate the bee after being charged 983.43$ they released the dog finding nothing wrong with her. When she was brought out into the waiting room she had a cone on which had blood in it from her biting her tongue this is what I was told. upon receiving her she immediately begun pouring blood from her nose in the waiting room I asked the receptionist for help but no help came after realizing no one was coming to help me or my dog I asked for paper towels to dry up her ****** nose which continued for the car ride home. Once we were home I also notice trauma to her eye a red spot and swelling around her face. The dog was taken to her regular vet today 4/18/23 to which she was given a shot of anti inflammatory for her swollen eye medicated eye drops for the broken blood vessels in her eye and more anti inflammatory medicine to take home for the week costing an additional 141.00$ this was done at the new **************************** *********************************************************** phone number ************. My dog received eye trauma and other injurys while in the care of east end veterinary center I believe they hit and or abused her because the staff was claiming she was being aggressive even after waking up from sedation we also believe they charged us more money because she was being aggressive and they would not let us help them with our dog

I visited the animal hospital Saturday December 31st. I spent $3000 that day. After I brought him home and noticed he was still out of it and lethargic I received a phone call at 9:30pm from the vet starting that they gave me the wrong dosage of antinausea medication to take home. Then another phone call 20 minutes later stating that they actually gave him too much while he was there and that they called position control and told me to watch for signs because the overdose was toxic to him. I tried to get in contact with the vet for 2 weeks and finally got a call back. The director of the hospital ***************** spoke to me on the phone. He would not let me get a word in to explain why I was upset with what they did that night. He told me that since they called me to tell me they gave him too much medicine that was just "honest" of them to do and they didn't have to warn me, which is completely unethical if you are a doctor, you need to tell patients if their lives are at risk. and the fact that nothing bad happened to my dog it was ok they didn't do anything wrong. He tried to hang up on me multiple times and I just kept trying to tell him I was upset because I had to worry that someone I trusted put my dog at harm. he thought I was just complaining and wanted my money back but I tried to explain if I never received a call that he was overdosed I wouldn't be calling to complain. He flat out said to me "would you rather something have happen to your dog, so everything we did was a waste of money?". I said I was upset and wanted a refund since they made a malpractice error and he then said "you are not getting your money back, people make mistakes we called you and told you, we did nothing wrong". He also told me that overdosing him would have "helped him get better faster" and not harmed him. I then said I wanted to speak to someone else and he hung up on me. So I called again and the lady who was his partner I talked to was worse. She said the same thing they did nothing wrong and they did the right thing by calling me and being honest. And then when I said I wanted my money back since they made an error with medication she said no, and then said "do you want me to pay your car payment too?". So unprofessional. They did not care about the well being of my dog or how unhappy I was. They just keep saying they did nothing wrong after admitting to giving him too much medicine and overdosing him.I said I was not happy and she said "im sorry you're unhappy and hung up on me". Very professional two directors hanging up the phone on a paying customer. I am just super upset they put my dogs life at risk and then didn't take any fault for it. They admitted they messed up but said they wouldn't do anything to make me happy.
