To whom it may concern I made reservations with this so call parking lot I was instructed to drive to ************* at ******************** to meet a man in a pickup truck who will then shuttle me to the airport the man advised me to park my vehicle in front of ************* I thought it was odd but continued on upon my arrival from my trip on 22June2024 I notified the number on the card that I arrived for shuttle service to pick up my vehicle upon arrival to a location at ***************************************** the driver informed me my vehicle is outside right side front and back wheels on top of the sidewalk I first observed vehicle 10/12 inches from sidewalk to ground I walked over to my vehicle and realized my front bumper was off the vehicle I looked under the vehicle for the bumper I open the door and observed the bumper inside I confronted the man/driver what happened to my vehicle he seems not to know anything he called his manager whom i over heard saying as what the man said to me that the way the vehicle came in i told him that's **** **** no way you gotta be kidding me the driver informed me to call the manager around 5/6pm to see what do I said you was just talking with him he just told you that's the way vehicle came in what you think he'll say to me I then called the third party called WAY.com they informed me to file a police report I went to make a report officer informed me it's a civil case I have to notify BBB so here I am filing a claim looking for matter to be rightfully solved Thanks so much *****************************Initial Complaint

I parked my vehicle free and clear from any body damages on December 17, 2023 to January 15, **** while I travelled to visit my family in *****. I paid a total of $279.50. The business had the obligation to safe guard my vehicle and keep it safe and secure. Upon my retrieval of my vehicle on January 15, **** I immediately noticed the damages (Street side rear bumper side panel with scuff marks apparently a fixed object was side swiped). Those damages were not there when I first handed over my vehicle. The resolution that I am seeking from this business is for the entire reimbursement of the repair costs that I will incur while I take it to a body shop of my choice.Customer response

To whom it may concern! I booked parking at Queens discount Parking *********** Parking on April 27, 2022 for the amount of ******. It was for Monday May 02, 2022 Through Saturday May 07, 2022. I flew to ******* for my vacation and birthday. when I returned to pick up my vehicle I noticed that my back license plate was missing, I contacted the ******** ***************** and received a police report. I spoke to the Manager ******************** at the parking lot on the phone and asked him can I take a look at the camera in the building because he was out of town that week and he said no because I reported it to the ****************** he assured me that he would reimburse me for my parking and the replacement of my back plate. Queens Parking was suppose to be supervising my car but instead an employee/employees where Joyriding with my car for a week. I received almost ****** worth of tolls. when I contacted the owner a few times I received no return calls nor did I receive the funds he promised to give me. This had mentally stressed me out because I have no idea what those people were doing with my car. I would really appreciate if someone could take a look at this and help me out with this urgent matter Thank You
