      Our ******* washer is under warranty by **** *****. it has stopped worked so we filed a claim. They sent out EEFIX to do troubleshooting and repair. The technician reported the drum needs to be replaced and it would be a 2 man job and that he has to report that back to ******* and they will make a determination on how to proceed. after several days with no word I contract ******* and home ***** warranty who said tech reported no issue after he told us it was indeed broken. Have contracted tech and company by phone and text with no response. contacted home ***** again but EEFIX only tech in area. Need tech to report accurate information to ******* so we can get a repair done per his recommendation. Calls all go straight to voicemail for the company with no response back.

      Was having issues with my ******* refrigerator. Eefix was contracted by ******* for the repairs and since the repair would not be covered under warranty, I requested an estimate of the repair first. They sent me an invoice of $108 to cover the cost of inspecting the appliance. But once I paid the invoice, they immediately cancelled the service call and gave no reason as well as no refund of the $108.

      I've been trying to schedule a repair through this Company for my oven since 11/22/22. Two different representatives confirmed my appointment last week for today, 12/13/22. The day before my appointment I was notified via text that my appointment was cancelled. ******* customer services told me that EEfix cancelled and EEix is claiming that ******* cancelled my appointment. When you call the phone number it goes directly to a voicemail. A representative did call me back and was extremely rude, lied to me and then hung up on me. This company is extremely unprofessional and very hard to work with.

      ******* sent an eefix technician to repair our microwave 3 weeks ago. The technician said he needed a part, and took the microwave with him, telling us he would likely return it the same day. Since that time, we have left multiple voicemails , none of which have been returned. No one ever answers the phone number. They have not replied to multiple emails. We had to reach back out to *******, and they got involved. Then eefix did finally reach out, and scheduled an appointment for this past Monday (8/29/22). They called again 15 minutes before our appointment to say the technician had a flat tire and needed to reschedule to another day. We were then told it would be delivered today (8/31/22). We even received a confirmation call yesterday, giving us the time window of 12-3pm. They called today at 12 to say the technician "couldn't fit our microwave in the van" and needed to reschedule again. Since then, they have not called us back, we have no reschedule date, and of course no one at the call center will respond to our phone calls, voicemails, or emails. This has been the most ridiculous, frustrating, enraging customer service experience of my entire life. I'll never buy another ******* product purely to avoid EVER having to deal with this repair contractor. ******* should IMMEDIATELY cease to use this joke of a company if they want to keep local customers. I'm considering filling a police report that eefix stole our microwave as a next step.

      The worst customer experience I have ever received. No call, no showed me twice. First appointment they confirmed they were on their way, provided me with contact information for the repair man and he never showed up. I tried using the contact information provided and it was incorrect! Went to some poor lady that was clearly not associated with the company. Second appointment they just straight up did not show up and wasted another day of my time. Their phone lines are never open to speak to a representative, even ******* who hires these clowns can not get through to them. Its the biggest waste of time and effort I have ever received, they need to be shut down because this is just a sham of a business. If ******* wasn't forcing me to use these guys for my warranty work I would never never never never deal with them.

      Eefix sent a fake repair man out to fix my 10 month old ******* washer. He insisted nothing was wrong and left, machine immediately made the noise as soon as clothes were loaded, and he neglected to answer his phone which he said he would. Eefix assured they would resolve it but didn’t even try. Asked to speak to management and was denied. Asked for a new service appt and was denied. Then told my ticket would be closed within 5 minutes and they would no longer service us, they are now refusing to close the ticket so ******* can send the job to a new company.

      I have attempted to have a successful scheduled repair for my ******* tv multiple times now! First time, nobody showed up, 2nd time when they did show up it the repair part was broken, 3rd time cancelled on me, 4th time they didn’t show up again!! And now I cant get a hold of anyone and no one is returning my calls. This is beyond frustrating and infuriating. When I call I want to be able to get ahold of someone to resolve this immediately, yet there is NEVER and answer. PLEASE HELP TO FIX THIS ISSUE!!

      I have scheduled two appointments and both times I had to take time off for work, Both times they did Not show up or even call.. Very unprofessional and no regard for having take off work just to not get paid and not have refrigerator fixed. When you call you go right to voicemail and know one calls you back.
