All the aforementioned 1 star reviews are right on. Had a ******* gas range with an ignitor issue, which was still under warranty. Contacted ******* who generated the ticket to EEFIX INC, as it was the closest authorized service center. A week goes by, no call or email. Attempt to contact via phone, which no surprise goes to voicemail. Follow up with an email to establish some assemblance of a communication trail. A few days go by and still no response. Ultimately end up contacting *******, who initiates the use of another authorized dealer. If you are having an issue with your warranted ******* appliance, ask ******* for a different authorized service center if they attempt to route your service ticket through EEFIX INC. I reported the experience along with the dismal BBB ratings to the ******* triage agent, and he said they escalate the feedback in the system, but ultimately doesn't result in any changes.Review from nathan g

TERRIBLE! Didnt even look at my machine, just said intalled wrong and left! Then wouldnt come back. ******* should be ashamed to have you service their items.Review from Kym C

had 3 appointments scheduled 2 they canceled reason was 1. No part 2. Technician was sick. The third I had to cancel due to weather conditions that knocked out my power. Today 12/1/22 I was told that my ticket would be canceled due to me not being available for their next date, I had a yearly doctor appointment and I couldn't cancel that. Then was told it can be rescheduled for the 8th. Threatening to have a ticket removed due to having a doctors appointment is so unethical and wrong IDK why Samsung gave me them instead of just cutting me a check to replace my TVReview from Tamara P.

Eek-fix. The wait time for a product under warranty is unacceptable. Ask your salesperson about who is contracted for repair. This particular appliance is a 4month old washing machine. Twice now for same problem. Twice given a 2 week+ service date. Buyer beware.Review from Jordan r

I wish I could give this company a 0 star review. It's been a HORRIBLE time dealing with them. We decided to purchase 4 new Samsung appliances and needless to say, I'm regretting it. What's a warranty good for if you can't even correct the problem. We have had around 10 different tickets and 3 different appointments so far.. First appointment: Tech showed up and didn't have the correct part which should've been a red flag right off the bat. We described what was wrong and even did our research so we told them on the phone before our appointment what was needed. 2nd appointment: No call, No show 3rd appointment: No call, No show It's now been months, LITERALLY... MONTHS. unbelievable a company can be run like this. Just Pathetic, really.Review from Mike B

******* Refrigerator "repair" Sept 9th 2022, 1st phone call. NOTHING done. "24-48hrs, you'll have an appt" Sept 17th 2022, 2nd phone call. NOTHING done. "24-48hrs, you'll have an appt" Sept 30th 2022, 3rd phone call. NOTHING done. "24-48hrs, you'll have an appt" October 14th 2022, 4the phone call. NOTHING done. "24-48hrs, you'll have an appt" October 27th 2022, 5th phone call. Still NOTHING done. "24-48hrs, you'll have an appt". Are you starting to see the pattern here. Neither of these businesses (******* or this POC repair company) actually give a flying fart about their customers. It's sad, really is. ******* is SO LARGE, that they can afford 1000's of customers a day and not be effected by it what-so-ever. Their customer service people read from a script and pass you around like a joint at a **** ******* concert. After being on the phone with them for after an hr. you either get disconnected or just simply hung up on. They don't actually listen to a word say when you talk, all they say is "aww haww, ok, yup we understand". Then continue to read from their script. Give you a fake phone number to a fake company, and when you google it, you learned that you would rather be scammed by one of those idiots on FB trying to get thousands in GC from you. Then repeat, over and over, and over, until you spend another several thousand dollars to buy a new appliance (NOT one of theirs). Obviously, if I could do ZERO stars, I would, but sadly I can not, you get the point! They Suck, suck, suck. suck, suck!!!!Review from Unitech Applications

This company sucks ***. Have not heard one word fro them. ******* has always supplied great techs. so we did not even think twice. 2 weeks went by still nothing called ******* back they tried to get a hold of them while I was on the phone and nothing. I read there reviews while I was waiting and trust me they are accurate. This company is the worst.Review from Carol M

I needed a repair to the griddle on my range. It would not ignite. I have gone through 6 support live chats with ******* in the past 21 days and EEFIX claims they are calling me to confirm an appointment and then cancelling the repair order twice. I suggested to ******* that they find another company for repairs but they defended EEFIX. Support set up an appointment Aug 28 for August 30 (finally). I felt this was a done deal. I did not leave the house for any reason, Aug 29, and 30, awaiting a call as to the time frame to expect the repair person. No call, no show. Then I find out they cancelled the service ticket again. I called them directly and got a message to leave my name and number and they would return my call. Either the phone rings and rings and no one answers, or you need to leave your name and number. I've answered all phone calls in those two days and none of them were regarding my repair. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. This company is a nightmare.Review from James C.

This place said they called me three times I have no record of any missed calls and no message was ever left this is for a Samsung refrigerator repair outside of warranty so I was willing to pay out-of-pocket. Beware of service from this company previous reviews show they are not a real reputable business.
