Upstate appliance came to fix my refrigerator. I paid $310 for a new board. Told me to keep the fridge unplugged with a fan on it for 24 hours. We did exactly what we were told. Plugged it back in but the fridge still did not get cool. I called late afternoon Friday 4/26 to report the fridge was not working. No return call. Saturday morning 4/27 I got an email from James Covell stating I need to defrost the unit. I unplugged the unit Friday night and left it unplugged in Sunday afternoon. We ran a heater on the unit for 12 hours. The fridge still not working. I made a call today Monday 4/29 to have them return but have not received a return call. I would like my $310 returned.Initial Complaint

This company has performed several repairs for my rental properties, Rochester Off Campus Housing, LLC, and refuses to supply an invoice for these services. I have reached out several times to his two phone numbers and email address on website. He ignores all attempts to obtain these invoices. He automatically charges my credit card and promises to email the invoice but never does. ALL I WANT ARE THE INVOICES FOR THE WORK PROVIDED!Business response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. He sent copies of credit card receipts NOT itemized receipts detailing the work that he performed. Not sure why this is so hard for him to do. I want DETAILED receipts with labor and parts listed equaling the total for the work preformed. Regards, ****** ******Business response

Everything I had on their repairs are in storage and honestly I'm not gonna go out of my way for this customer. They have harassed me enough and I don't know what else they need. They have digital receipts and the amounts, what was done , and the addresses associated with each repair. I can rewrite invoices but I'm not going to spend any more time than write what I've already texted them and what's on the digital receipts. I don 50 to 60 jobs a week I do t recall part numbers for every call so that's the best I can do and I'll get to it when I feel like sitting down and wasting more time on these 2 Karen's.
