I was making my monthly payments to the ********* ****** for my season seats and I had a bad streak working where I did work for people that stiffed me out of my money. So I got behind on a payment and my rep locked me out of my season seat tickets. I have only been allowed to attend one game a week before Halloween. I made a payment of $150 yesterday and I complained about paying close to $2000 and still not being allowed to attend games and also have been denied 4 ******* ****** tickets as well! My new rep called me back and apologized about the error my previous rep made in locking me out of using my season seats. I'm very upset because I lost the use of my season seats for the last 7 weeks! I'm looking for a full refund on the money I've paid and the ****** can keep their season seats now!Business response

We have worked With ***** on getting his season ticket member payments up to date over the last few months. We have never locked ***** out of his account due to lack of payments. He has been actively paying to bring his account into good standing so we have been accommodating as much as we can. I also let him know that he can still have access to complimentary ****** tickets which is a benefit of being a member here. I understand that ***** is upset, but the ****** organization has gone above and beyond to assist him, and we are continuing to try and communicate with him in order to make this work. As an organization we do have a all sales are final with no cancellation policy in place with our memberships which ***** agreed to when getting on board with tickets. We have 27 remaining home games that ***** will have access to - all we ask is that the remainder of his balance is paid prior to Jan 1st. He still has vouchers on his account from the games he missed - so he could use those as well in order to "recoup" what he thinks he has lost out on. I have tried to directly speak with Steve, but he will not communicate with me. I look forward to resolving this issue and getting ***** out to games again!
