on the tue 21 of sep 2021 we took my car that was driving perfectly fine with a check engine light that wouldn’t go off to get fixed at this place because it didn’t pass inspection I was suggested that it had something with the battery and a short in a fuse so I took it to the place for cheking and fixing that only the battery and fuses other wise my car perfectly fine in the matter of motor & transmission and I have visual video proof of that before that date. It was turning on it was quiet and had no noise and I could actually drive it.. So long story short and despite the rest of the story now my car doesn’t work it has a bad noise a shaky motor and I can’t even drive it still with the check engine light the fuse and the battery messed up No fixing and got a deal with a lot of ****** days with the guy if I had more space I will tell the whole story but clearly I have no more spaceBusiness response

Thank you for giving me a heads up on thos complaint. The statements made by thos individual are totally false and have no merit. This car was dropped off for a battery draw complaint. The complaint was his battery dies every 2 days of not driven. The car was brought into the shop and was immediately noted that the car ran rough and had absolutely no gas in the car. The technician tested the car for a battery draw. We found thatthe engine had been installed and many items had been left unhooked as well as many parts installed were not correct for the car. During testing of the battery draw the car completely ran out of gas. The customer or one of her friends brought is 5 gallons of gas so we could try and continue testing. The cusomer the showed up and was upset that the car had not been repaired. Due to the over all condition of the engine install and the fact to car ran out of gas completely we did not continue to diagnose the car. There was no charge for the tests and beginning of the diagnosis process.
