On Jan 2021 I take my car to the shop to have my engine replaced because I had the new engines ship tp his shop in Nov 2020. He told me to bring the car in Jan of 2021 of I brought to him and he kept tive me the run around saying he's going to get to it and that a onging thing whit him for 19 month and now he let the warranty on the new engines expires and now he says its nothing he cand od for my car and not only that he has damage the body on my car it has been a at ongoing "situation" one atted tfter the other I mean that "bad" for business and Im try to do the right thing if you need anything else please contact me by phone **********Business response

BBB spoke to the business and the following was relayed: The vehicle is here and the customer currently owes me $700 for parts that were bought and installed. I did speak to the customer today. The motor that he had purchased was bad, including a bad head gasket and cracked cylinders. I did request the paperwork from the engine he purchased but the customer was unable to provide, there may have been an opportunity to return because there had been no miles put on the motor. I have found a motor for the customer and he is going to get in touch with me about the cost and payment.Customer response
