              I HAD A BRAKE SYSTEM REPAIR PERFORMED BY TIRE CHOICE THAT CAUSED DAMAGED TO MY VEHICLE. I TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEO SUPPORTED BY AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE FROM THE ***** DEALERSHIP AND PROVIDED IT TO THE TIRE CHOICE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT REPRESENTS TIRE CHOICE, ********* INSURANCE, SENT A REPRESENTATIVE TO INSPECT THE DAMAGE. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE DENIED ALL DAMAGES, EXCEPT FOR THE CRACKED FRONT BUMPER, WHICH THEY ARE CLAIMING WILL ONLY COST $200.89 TO FIX. THE EVALUATION FROM THE ***** DEALERSHIP DETAILS THEIR FINDINGS AND EXPLINATION OF THE CAUSE OF DAMAGE WHICH AMOUNTS TO $4,315.21 + TAX. ********* CHOICE IS CLAIMING THAT IT IS AN ISSUE OF DISPUTING EVALUATIONS OF THE DAMAGE AND HAVE DECIDED TO CHOOSE THE EVALUATION THAT DENIED THE DOCUMENTED DAMAGE PERFORMED BY THEMSELVES. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE PICTURES, VIDEO, AND PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION DONE BY THE ***** DEALERSHIP ARE NOT PROOF OF DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEM AND HAVE DISMISSED IT ALL AS VALID TO SUPPORT THEIR DENIAL OF FIXING THE DAMAGES THAT THE TIRE CHOICE TECHNICIAN DIRECTLY CAUSED. I NEED HELP! THEY HAVE SET UP A SYSTEM TO DISMISS THEIR OWN ACCOUNTABILITY!
