We contracted NeverWet for our wet basement. Part of the system was a battery back up system for our sump pump. A random check by **** found the system was defective causing overheating to the battery causing outgassing. Kevin at NeverWet came and took our unit 2 months ago, against our consent, and has not made plans for a replacement.Business response

I am very confused why we would get this complaint as the warranty for the back up system expired in March of 2022, but as a good will gesture we took the part that was not working ( the inverter) and sent it back to the manufacture on the hope they would warranty and fix it. This was done with the full permission of **** ******* who contacted us and on June 23 2022 we picked up the unit and sent it back. She asked us to call her husband and explain what was going on, we called him and left a message and he did not return our call. I believe we have gone above and beyond what we needed to do for MR *******Business response

We signed a contact with Neverwet in 9/2020 for complete basement waterproofing (inside and outside). The work was completed in 2/2021-3/2021. The company told us they wouldn't remove the mold on our basement walls even though it was in the materials they gave us, the salesman told us it would be completely removed, and it is advertised on their website. They did come in and "treat" the mold and paint the walls back in 3/2021. However, the mold is growing more and the basement is musty and there is water in the basement as well. We would like the company to come back out and treat and remove the mold, and fix the water issue as that doesn't seem to have been resolved.Business response

Received call from the business stating that the consumer never called us to advise that she was having an issue. Also, her issue seems to be about Mold return and we never did a mold remediation for her. We did a treatment not removal and she did not pay us for that service. We reached out to the consumer and wanted to go out the next day and she refused and said we had to come the next week, which is tomorrow. We will advise you of the outcome.
