What an immense relief. For years my husband and I dreaded when there was a heavy rain. We would have to check our basement every hour to see if water was coming in. We also couldn’t do any traveling because we couldn’t leave the house for any length of time. Thanks to NeverWet we no longer have that problem. Kevin set us up with the job after Chris did the estimate. Garrett and Julian did a wonderful job of fixing everything, even coming back an extra time to fix a leak that happened after they were done. Neverwet did an outstanding job with my project. I have a basement storeroom with wet cinderblock walls. Stirling and his partner Gian installed Safe Wall over the block locking out the moisture. Their job was absolute perfection. They installed the wall perfectly straight with respect to the ceiling and floor. After the job everything was spotless. It now looks like the cover of Good House Keeping. They worked carefully and efficiently. I could not be more satisfied with my experience.

We did our due diligence and had three quotes before deciding on Never Wet. All the services that were going to be offered sounded quite similar but the professionalism and overall interaction with Never Wet was impressive and non-harassing (one of the other companies called me several times a day for weeks and that made them an obvious no). The project manager and crew, from day one, went above and beyond. Note to home owners: After they do the initial walk through, don’t be impatient like me and add anything to the space they will be working on. I decided it would be okay to put my board games all hung up on the walls. This crew did not complain or even mention it as a problem. Instead they carefully put painters’ tape across to hold the one’s on the shelves up and then carefully took down the one’s hanging that would have gotten damaged and neatly stacked them under the protective sheet they put over our furniture. This meant the world to us. There were very old games included in there and they did not have to do any of that since I made the decision to put those up after the last walk through (where they suggest what needs to be moved to prevent damage). Once the work began they were done in 6 days! That’s insane to think because they literally dug a trench around the inside and outside of my home. As I said before, they covered our personal belongings in the basement with a protective sheet but also the stairs and entryway getting to the basement. They used tools inside to get down into the floor and carried the cement in from outside with buckets. This allowed for the cement debris to stay outside of my home. They hosed down the driveway after they were done working inside and washed the floors to my basement. *Limited characters allowed on this site, please see full review on Google Review. I had water pooling on the basement floor three years ago, always after heavy rain. Neverwet Basement Waterproofing completely waterproofed my basement inside and out, installed a new sump well, primary pump and battery backup pump, Humidex and vinyl mold resistant panels on the walls. The basement has been dry as a bone ever since, and no musty basement smell. I recently had an issue where the backup pump was operating even though there was no power outage. Kevin returned my call promptly and sent his guys over that same day to troubleshoot. The issue was that the float switch got stuck due to mineral deposits, which effectively turned the primary pump off, but the backup was working perfectly and the basement remained dry. Stirling replaced the float switch, and made sure everything was working properly afterwards. I couldn't be happier with this company! The original installation was clean and efficient, and their customer service is second to none! You never want a problem, but I have such peace of mind knowing that I can depend on Neverwet Basement Waterproofing for a quick and timely resolution to any issues that crop up. They are extremely professional, and I highly recommend their services.

Neverwet Basement team was professional, efficient, and punctual from start to finish. They evaluated our basement and made recommendations, explained the rationale, and laid out the time frame and expectations. The team was always on time, did an excellent job and worked with our busy work schedules. They also were mindful of our pets (we have cats and a dog) and left the basement and outside areas in clean conditions. Kevin G*****, who was the manager for our basement work, was easily accessible, answered all the questions and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this team.

Now, several months later, we can really appreciate how dry our basement is. Another thank you to the NeverWet Basement team - we are planning to call them in the spring for basement windows replacement. I also want to recognize Stirling D who answered all the questions, explained the maintenance, pump operation and all the technical details after the job was done. I ask a lot of questions and he was professional and really good at explaining :) Thank you!

Neverwet Basement Waterproofing waterproofed our basement, installed a battery backed up sump pump, Humidex for ventilation and new basement windows approximately 5 years ago. All materials used were professional quality. They did an excellent job. We had a wall that was leaning inward as well as mold and weeping along the walls. Both the inside and outside basement walls were waterproofed. The job took about 5 days and when completed, you couldn't tell the work was done. The inside was spotless and the outside shrubs and stone border were put back perfectly. Kevin and the crew that did the work were very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. During a few very heavy rainfalls the sump pump ran often and and kept the inside completely dry. No more weeping walls or moldy smell. I highly recommend Neverwet Basement Waterproofing.
