            I give this establishment the lowest rating possible staff was unfriendly and cold the dentist non communicational most of the time had to talk to the assistant accidental x-ray but don't process the X-ray film leave me to wonder why explain to the dentist I have pain in my lower left tooth she act like she didn't hear me the third time I tell her she tells me to use ********* which did not help can I use lower partial because the metal snap around the tooth I requested plastic lower partial left full detail comment on their ******** page how dissatisfied I am with the service they're trying to hide my post on ******** by reposting Old Post push my comment to the bottom so many things that went wrong which I cannot post here full details on their ******** page Trying to figure this one out if this is bad Dentistry or systemic racism either way both is wrong African Americans should do they research before they use this Dentistry

            To say that we are systemically racist is a vile and inappropriate misrepresentation of our "bi-racially mixed" staff. We were nothing but respectful to ******* and attentive to his care. While our goal for each and every patient is to have a successful end result, complete restoration cases require follow up, trust, and communication from "all" parties. Upon delivery ******* let team know that he was happy with his case. Instructions were given for at home care and the need for possible adjustments with the doctor. ******* never alerted the office for a follow up appointment.
