Washier/Dryer & TV install # During TV installation, found a water pipe inside the wall. the work felt rushed / lacked attention to detail. 3 big holes that remained unclosed & covered by TV. # Demand full payment before completion of work (30% done) otherwise dismantle all and tried not to leave until I called the police # No contract, No electrical License, No breakdown of Invoice # intentionally tampering w valves. He turned off gas / Hot water and licensed electrician visited me to repair this which cost me more money. # Rude, Not professional, Aggressive # He filed a small claim and the court dismissed the case and I won, but I had to suffer for this 3 months 1. Using incorrect brackets 4 TV cord, resulting in unstable installation. TV power cord barely visible via small opening / it is almost not reachable by hand to connect 2. Asked No wire to be seen after TV install but found long black wire on wall. Koosha said, wire was short so couldn’t connect it behind wall. Since I complained, He was very upset, so I made a suggestion to install sound bar on wall, but he lost installation bracket. He seems like very rush/ he has work schedule on other area. He left all trash behind/I found remote controls, TV stands, soundbar installation kits, screws, and instructions in the trash. 3.The hot water was not working / called him, but he refused to come back within 5 days, 4. The gas stove did not work. I was so worried if gas would blow up.. It was X mas Eve. I paid $1250 for this suffering / he demand another $1250 for additional money to finish it. He intentionally tampering w valves, According to the licensed electrician’s assessment, the initial team had completed only 30% of the job, / uncertainties regarding his professionalism, /the absence of an electrical license were highlighted. I refused payment for the rest of 50% / the made a small claim to the court, but the judge dismissed his case, and I won the case after 3 months of suffering
