I needed a heating element fixed on my electric tankless water heater. Wonderful service that was within budget and very quick! Josh was not afraid to answer all my questions, and was honest in saying if he needed to confirm any information which I find to be such a positive. I had a different company install my water heater, which come to find out they did incorrectly. They came out to fix the mistake and do a flush free of charge, but wanted an outrageous amount to replace a single heating element. The plumber I originally had gave me pretty generalized information which he seemed to not know if he was correct on what he was saying. Josh, on the other hand, was confident and when he wasn’t sure, 100% honest on letting me know. He also said he’d research the best water pressure valve, and come back to install that as well. I’m extremely happy to finally have hot water, and satisfied with the work Josh did. Looking forward to see what other home projects I need done, and hiring him for the job.Review from Taryn J

Great experience! I had a leak under my kitchen sink that had rotted out all the wood underneath. The response was timely, work was thorough and price was very reasonable! Josh was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the work!Review from Kiley S

Their communication was great, quick response. They came out the same day and gave me a fair estimate. They were able to come get the work done quickly and it looks great. They even took the baby birds we didn't realize were in my roof to a rescue after they were done with the work. Highly recommend! Josh did a huge project for me this winter- siding of my house and garage, soffits and gutters. It occurred during our very harsh and cold winter. The project ended up being much larger than expected and he was a pleasure to work with. His prices are reasonable and i plan to have him back to help with another large project with myself and a neighbor. I am sorry the review wasn't completed sooner.Review from Ed G

Joshua provided gutter cleaning services for me. He provided before and after pictures of the gutters. He used a pressure washer that cleaned right down to the gutter surface - the gutters haven’t looked this good since they were originally installed. Afterward, he cleaned up all around the house. I was really pleased with Joshua and his teams work. I hired them to remove fallen trees as well as some standing and cut and stack them. They did a fine job and even cleaned up a little extra. Inspite of bad weather they did an excellent job!Property Pro's Response

The original job we had them over for was 1200sf of vinyl plank flooring, job well done ?? we just recently used them to do 1100 sf of siding new gutters and leaf filters very pleased & would use againProperty Pro's Response
