If I could give a negative 10 star rating I would. This business sold my mother a defective hearing aid and then refused to help her get warranty service for the hearing aid. We had to go to another center to receive help. This business takes advantage of elderly people. Beware.

The situation was explained when you walked in the practice, that your moms hearing aid was non functional, you had chosen to go to another practice due to her changing to a NYS insurance and that it would not be "free". The new practice you chose is charging you a $50 fee and you did not want to pay it. The patient's new insurance plan is not accepted in our practice. The hearing aid in question was from a "third party purchase" is covered under the manufacturer 3 year warranty. There are still costs associated with diagnosing the problem, seeing a provider and reprogramming as necessary.Review from Peter B

I visited them on April 6th to learn about tinnitus. I was treated like I was an experimental animal. Dr Ronald D. is a dangerous individual. He gave some bogus visual test which seemed like a mere distraction for what was to come afterwards. He was very sneaky about what he was doing. He proceeded to quickly pour hydrogen peroxide in my ear without saying a word and without my consent. He swiftly left the room and when he returned, without saying a word, placed a loud suction into my ear. I felt violated by the whole experience. He rushed through the hearing exam and whisked me off to the hearing aid specialist who wanted to sell me some masking hearing devices. That was the absolute worst experience I ever had in any medical office. He should be banned from wax removal procedures, since he has no clue what he’s doing. Informed consent was never given and I will report him to the state, as well. I’ve been suffering, since the visit, with worsening tinnitus and dizziness. I strongly suggest that the public is made aware of his lack of patient care skills before he does this to more unsuspecting people.Clear Choice Hearing & Balance Response

This matter was handled over a month ago with Mr. ********. Dr. D'****** personally has addressed all of his concerns over the phone.
