While renovating a bathroom in my home, I went to VP Supply in ********** ** for parts to complete the work. Per contract, VP fulfilled some of the items in my order, but did not communicate the bath faucet was back ordered (ordered items in January 2020). I paid them in full only to discover the missing faucet ($500 value) was not available (June 2020). After two months of phone calls and emails, they are unable to complete the order for which they took payment (August 2020). This company has not acted in good faith and refuses to return phone calls about this missing faucet. Both sales representatives as well as managers (Candace and Danielle, respectively) ignore requests for communication. I have left messages with VP receptionist secretary many times. I have detailed records with phone calls with dates and times. I would appreciate a resolution (refund or parts fulfilled) to mitigate this issue. Thank you for your timeBusiness response

Courtney called from the business and indicated that the consumer should have received the product on August 16.
