I completed the hCG diet after the 43 day term with 42 pounds lost. Over the next month into phase three and four I lost another 7 pounds. If you do the diet the way you're supposed to you can't help but lose weight.I can not say enough about the girls at Vitalize. They know what they're talking about and it all comes down to how honest YOU are with yourself in the end. This diet is simple in how and why it works. The support I have with the team at Vitalize is outstanding. I'm encouraged to come back and see them as often as I need.
