I booked a stay on booking.com 11/5 for a room at Home2 Suites , for the night of 11/19. I realized i booked the wrong date , so the next day i tried to cancel. The hotel was supposed to contact me, never did. I waited acouple of days, still nothing . So i canceled my stay , or so i thought. I got the notification that i did, but i didn’t receive my refund. So i called the hotel 11/15 to see what the hold up was. The front desk told me my reservation wasn’t canceled and the GM wouldn’t give me a refund. Now at this time I had already contracted Covid-19 , so even if I wanted to keep the reservation, i couldn’t because i am in insolation till the 23rd. The Gm was supposed to get in contact with me and never has. I need help getting the refund i deserve from these thieves. I canceled the first time with enough time for them to find someone else to book that room.Business response

The refund was processed in 11/29/21. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
