Truly professional. Good work and excellent cleanup. I was afraid that they could not or would not attempt to make it look like the tree was never there, but they did!!Review from John P

They came and cut down a fallen tree for ****. Made a mess, but assured me another crew would be back for cleanup. After two weeks I called them to find out when and "VAL" told me **** does not allow them to clean up after themselves. Refused to provide the thier contact at **** that could help me and said it was my problem. Was not even my tree. I planned on taking them to small claims court, but **** has advised me they will take care of it. We will see, these people suck!Review from Diane C

I’ve been using Birchcrest Tree and Landscape, Inc. for almost a decade. I have found their Office Staff to be professional, prompt and friendly. My experiences with Brad Lang and now Nathan have been very positive. Andrea, Dan, Nathan, Sarah, Victor, Larry & Howie have been wonderful and very accommodating in going the extra mile. The other team members whose names I unfortunately don’t remember, have been great also. I would highly recommend Birchcrest for all your landscaping needs!Review from Chuck Y

Birchcrest damaged two fences in my yard and never said anything. When I called the office and wanted to talk to the owner they wouldn't let me. She said they will come down and fix them in two to three weeks. I see they came and half ***** bent the one back. Left the one they broke off. They cut my neighbors trees and dragged them over my wooden fence braking it. Think twice before going with this company. Honesty is golden. If they don't take responsibility for their actions that just explains why they never said anything to begin with.I'm a true believer in bad karma. I contacted 3 companies for removal of a dead 50' Blue spruce, to include removal of all wood & stump grinding. Birchcrest Tree & Landscape offered all the services and was the best price. Plus, since they are landscapers, I also contracted with them to pick up the stump grindings, level the area and plant grass seed. OH, they were still the best price (by a few $) than the competitors. Birchcrest work was outstanding!! Their workers were true professionals, very caring to avoid any damage to other areas, very efficient with all wood gone by the end of the day. You could hardly tell that a 50' was taken down! The stump was ground in a couple of days and very soon thereafter, the area was landscaped with fresh topsoil and seed. Within in a week I had grass starting to sprout! I was totally impressed and pleased with the job! I would highly recommend Birtchcrest as the Top Professional Tree & Landscape company in our area. Excellent customer service, quotes very timely, complete and they have all the equipment to meet any job. This company is contracted through **** and thinks that they can get away with anything they want. The staff, equipment and professionalism is completely lost on them. It really is unfortunate. If you have a choice, don’t ever let this company on your property. Trust me, you will regret it. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I called today because two of their workers came to my house and removed a tree in my back yard by request of the town. They left huge branches everywhere and never cleaned up their mess. A have a toddler who can’t even go back there and play now because it’s a hazard. The limbs are too many and too big for me to move. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and basically told me that it’s my problem now and that I need to clean it up. Do yourself a favor and please go somewhere else for your landscaping needs. UPDATE Val called us back and said if we took down our negative review they would come and clean up our yard. So now they also blackmail people. We told them we would gladly do so after they made sure our yard wasn’t dangerous anymore. Literally dangerous because of all the debris they left. PLEASE DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. There are so many better local places that don’t blackmail and are actually decent peopleReview from Jim S

While we had to wait about 3 weeks for Brad to come and complete an estimate for a lawn landscaping job, he came and provided estimate on the spot. He said the work would be completed by the end of September. The estimate seemed reasonable & we completed the contract. About 6 days later, we received a call telling us three workmen would come the next morning @ 8:30 to complete the work. Sure enough, two trucks loaded with the necessary topsoil pulled up @ 8:30. They spread the topsoil in the front & back yard leveling the area, covering areas that needed attention, seeded & fertilized the areas of concern, and then some! Their work was timely because rain & cooler temps are expected over the next week! I know regular watering is essential, but so far, I am pleased & satisfied with their work. Brad also provided an estimate for lawn care next season, which I am considering, based on how this job was handled. I would recommend them to others considering similar challenges. Thank you!
