The first half of my complaint was sent in around the 14th of Aug.Customer response

I checked into the motel 6 on 8/7/23 I was in Rochester NY for a inspiring missionary classes I graduated that Friday but when I checked in into motel 6 I woke up to go to the bathroom and I turned on the light there were roaches everywhere I immediately went to the front desk to tell whoever was there but there was no one there to report it to I had to leave to be at class at the ****** ******* when I left to go back to the motel 6 to get my things they charged $30 something dollars for the time my things were still there as I was at class i immediately put my things in my car and I continued to call BBB to put my complaint in I also called the corporation about my complaint I spent that whole day and next day to try to get resolved. I immediately called BBB and the lady that I spoke with sent my complaint form to my address in Syracuse NY so I’m asking for the whole refund I believe they charged me $350 because if things weren’t like they were I would have stayed the whole time that I would have had to be there for my classes and my graduation so my desire is to get all of my money back from that corporation of motel 6. May 20th-21, 2023 Confirmation Numbers ********* *** ********** Reported illegal conditions to ****** County Health Department. Business refused to issue refund. We were exposed to pests and no smoke detectors. ****** County had shut down the three rooms reported. All we ask for is a refund or further action will be taken. We will not accept a 50% REFUND. We want all of our money back. Not asking for money for all of the bedding and cleaning supplies we had to purchase. Just a FULL refund.
