I purchased a 2021 mazda *** through bob johnson mazda in henrietta ny on oct. 10th 2023 with the cosigner of my grandmother lynda plizga. I got approved for a loan through ally and signed everything that same day. For the purchase amount of $26,975. My grandmother had put a deposit down for $3,000. The sales agent had told me(which shows on the contract) my first payment will be due 11/24/2023. About two/three weeks after owning the vehicle, i tried setting up an new account with ally through there app to make an early payment and it showed they couldnt find an account with mine or my grandmothers social security # or my Vin #. I reached out to ally multiple times over the month and 1/2 for them to inform me it is an issue with the dealership. I have reached out with the dealership multiple times as well for them to give me a run around of "we sent the information over wrong and have to resign papers" which we went through with. Didnt resolve issue of still no account that ally can find of me. Bob johnson next said "i have to call ally to do a customer interview to complete my account with ally" but when i called the number provided, ally says i dont have to complete that and there still waiting on dealership to send over further info. For a 3rd attempt i went directly to dealership to figure out whats going on, for him to tell me he reached out to a higher department through ally and states they will have all my information done that day(11/27/23) and ally would call me to finish account the next day 11/28/23. I did not receive a call. I reached out 11/28/23 and spoke with ally financial manager and they cant find an account or any information on my suv or me. I called dealership back and asked to speak with another manager and they took my info down and said once he comes back into office later that day he would call me to figure this out. I have not heard back an am past due on my payment because there is no account through ally to even attempt to make a paymentBusiness response

There was an error on the contract, this has been resolved now, and the customer is funded and has already made their second payment on the vehicle.
