Date of transaction, Wednesday, January 19th, 2022. On that date I purchased a brand new 2021 Nissan Titan Pro-4x truck from Bob Johnson Nissan< Rochester NY. The advertised price of the vehicle was 63,620, with a discount of 4503.00. I was offered 42.000.00 for my trade in which was a 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x Premium. After I purchased the Titan, I noticed via the window sticker that the actual price of the Titan was 62,380.00 not 63.380.00, which is misleading and fraudulent. In actuality I was over charged 1000.00 dollars for the vehicle I purchased and in reality, I was only given 41000.00 for my trade in, not 42000.00. I am requesting full restitution in the amount of 1000.00 dollars. When questioned about the misleading price on the window sticker, the sales associate, stated " well you are getting the Titan for a great price anyway".Business response
